The massage was 5star, i would recommend mani, she is the best.

When it was time to leave i offered to pay half the price of the manicure out of kindness and the answer i got from the manager was to forget it and if i dared doing that she wouldn't have finished the treatment on my mum's hair . What kind of shocking service is that ? You would expect an apology ,not to have instead your mother threatened !!! Umbelievable, really abominable service .
This sad woman needs to learn some manners .

They only took 1 1/2 hour to do it. They didn't even wash my hair at the begining, they started by applying the chemial, wait 25-30mnute, then wash, blow dry and straighten, follow by the neutraliser, wait 5-10minutes, then wash, blow dry and straghten. that was it. one hour and 30 minutes.
Got home, been seaching on all website, and other salon, looking at the processes. they say it start by washing your hair frst. and the whole process can take up to 6hrs.
I range the salon, and ask to speak to the manager. The girl who i spoke too, ask what it was about. I told her its regarding the treatment. She took my name and tel number. About 20minutes later, the girl who did my hair call, as i was talking to her regarding my concern, she hang up on me.
So i call the Salon again, as soon as i said my name and start talking, the girl got so angry, was very rude, she told me 'don't call this Salon again'. and hang up on me. I never had a chance to speak, and was shock.
So if this is the kind of customer care/service they give, i would never go back they, and i wouldn't advise anyone to visit this salon.
I wonder to what they are hiding, and why they do not want to speak to their customer.
They need trainering with their communication skills. they are such rude people.

do not go to this salon to get Yuko or japanese straightening.. She is not even registered with Yuko that I know and they are fed up with getting complaints about Fizz.

I had a discount voucher and when trying to make an appointment was told the system was down and they would call me back. This did not happen and when I called them again they said they would call me back to confirm a time. This time they did however it was for a time on a different day and considerably later than I had requested, because she said they were Fully Booked.
Just so you know the salon website does not have an email address.
I felt very distressed by this experience and was very put out as I had made the appointment to get a wax done before my holiday. I now have to find another salon and pay more money. I have written my complaint to the agent that offered the coupon to try and prevent salons such as this one treating "coupon customers" so inconsiderately in future!
Unfortunately due to my experience I cannot comment on the standard of the service they offer but based on the customer service I can assume it would not be attentive or high quality!
The establishment's management who goes by the name of 'Fiz' talks to customers rudely and has her own business agenda which does not match that of the deal sites' terms and conditions. She struggles with her language and lacks manners.
I bought two hair deals and rung up to book but she would not give me the appointment I wanted because I had a voucher. However, if I had not bought the deal yet she would have given me the appointment- so that she could pocket the commission. She was reported to the dealsite and made to offer me an appointment which she resented. She spoke to me very rudely and hung up on me. She then called me and sent me two harassing text messages. I have reported her to the police for harassment with the texts and call logs as proof. I also contacted Trading standards who were interested to hear about her custom strategy.
There is such a crisis in the world of business, so a businesswoman who talks to customers like this should not be pocketing your hard earned money. Support some other business who deserves your custom and knows how to say a please and thank you- and possibly has heard the mantra that the customer is always right- the way I run my successful business . :)))
