Friendly, professional, and my hair looks amazing after a brazilian
keratin treatment and a beautiful haircut.. 10 out of 10! I had bad experiences in the hands of
cowboys in the past in London, wasn't sure about having the treatment,
specially cuz it was a voucher bought on kgb, but from now on Salon 100
have a new costumer. I will certainly be back there!

Hi...i had my brazilian keratin treatment done here...with blow dry n cut...keratin treatment was just fine...and was not at all happy with the cut.......even though repeteadly telling her to do something which i wanted ..she overheard me..n gaveme a cut which would hv been better done by myself at home....itzz a busy saloon so you will be just rushed through it....i was not at all happy with my cut..infact got pissed off...would never ever go bavk to saloon 100 n would not recommmend anyone who is panning for good hair cut...

This is a really good hair salon I bought a voucher for full head of
colour and finish from groupon and I must say that I am very pleased
with my new look, the staff are very patient and helpful as I didn't
really know what style I wanted and they helped me find the perfect hair
style for me

Unfortunately my overall experience was not brilliant and I will not be returning to this salon. I bought a voucher from KGB Deals (awful, will never use them again) for £69, and I was under the impression I would be having a Yuko hair straightening treatment. I was actually given a 'Shesido' treatment, which is nowhere near as good, because Yuko straightens the hair and the shesido is basically a keratin blowdry. She did not do the process correctly, as you are meant to leave the formula on for a while under heat which she did not do. So, instead of a straightening treatment, my hair was just slightly more relaxed and still as difficult to blowdry straight - NOT what I wanted.
The therapists were friendly enough but I did not like how they spent most of the time ignoring me and speaking in Hindi to each other, I think that is rude to the customer.
Overall I give my experience a 3/10, this salon was a waste of time.

i bought a voucher from Groupon for meni-pedicure and it says 90mins
treatment all together on the voucher but the therapist was so amazing
she too more time and made my feet clean and smooth. really liked her
professional behavior with customers.

I was a bit scared of this due to previous bad reviews - almost thought about cancelling my voucher for a Brazilian blow dry (through kgb) but decided to go ahead, and am glad I did. I just wanted a simple trim (my hair is all one length) and the keratin treatment and both of these were carried out well - very quickly, but I was in a rush anyway. In any case the result is definitely as good as other keratin treatments I've had before, and better than ones I've paid a comparable price for. The whole thing only took an hour and a half which suited me just fine, and the frizz is gone from my hair. The woman also offered to give me a significant discount on future keratin treatments, so if it lasts the normal 2-3 months I will probably be back.

Couldn't have asked for more I was late which wasn't a problem all staff were friendley professional and polite and my hair looks great

I just want to give hope to those of you who have bought a KGB deal with salon 100, then read the reviews on here and were dreading the worst! I did the same, was expecting something awful.
I was pleasantly surprised with the service and treatment. I didn't wait at all upon arrival, they offered coffee and tea, and were very welcoming.
I had the Brazilian blow dry and it looks amazing. I even offered to go to the cash machine to get money for a
tip but she insisted I went straight to the train since rain was in the forecast and it would ruin my hair.
It was a great experience!

Appalling experience , my mum and i bought a voucher for a keratin treatment through kgb while waiting i decided to have my manicure done that ended up being a total disaster, my daughter could have done a better job , it was so bad i had to have the colour removed (actually i had to do it myself as the girl was so slow). and went back to do my hair
When it was time to leave i offered to pay half the price of the manicure out of kindness and the answer i got from the manager was to forget it and if i dared doing that she wouldn't have finished the treatment on my mum's hair . What kind of shocking service is that ? You would expect an apology ,not to have instead your mother threatened !!! Umbelievable, really abominable service .
This sad woman needs to learn some manners .

I went to Salon 100 (in acton ) to have the Japanese hair smoothng treatment done last week. It's meant to be a 3-4 hour process. I made my search before I acually had it done.
They only took 1 1/2 hour to do it. They didn't even wash my hair at the begining, they started by applying the chemial, wait 25-30mnute, then wash, blow dry and straighten, follow by the neutraliser, wait 5-10minutes, then wash, blow dry and straghten. that was it. one hour and 30 minutes.
Got home, been seaching on all website, and other salon, looking at the processes. they say it start by washing your hair frst. and the whole process can take up to 6hrs.
I range the salon, and ask to speak to the manager. The girl who i spoke too, ask what it was about. I told her its regarding the treatment. She took my name and tel number. About 20minutes later, the girl who did my hair call, as i was talking to her regarding my concern, she hang up on me.
So i call the Salon again, as soon as i said my name and start talking, the girl got so angry, was very rude, she told me 'don't call this Salon again'. and hang up on me. I never had a chance to speak, and was shock.
So if this is the kind of customer care/service they give, i would never go back they, and i wouldn't advise anyone to visit this salon.
I wonder to what they are hiding, and why they do not want to speak to their customer.
They need trainering with their communication skills. they are such rude people.

Would avoid this Salon at all costs.. terrible customer service and extremely rude manager!! They have no regards for customer experience and only care about their profit margins.
I had a discount voucher and when trying to make an appointment was told the system was down and they would call me back. This did not happen and when I called them again they said they would call me back to confirm a time. This time they did however it was for a time on a different day and considerably later than I had requested, because she said they were Fully Booked.

On the day of my appointment I arrived at the salon 10mins early and was rudely told by the manager that no booking had been made into their system for me. This was when I noticed that their "booking system" which was "down" was actually just a book with handwritten bookings. When I told her that I had called several times to make the appointment and showed her the call history on my phone to prove I had received the call from the Salon, she was very inpolite and unaccommodating, accusing me of lying about making the reservation completely. She then said if I waited she would try to squeeze me in, however I noticed that there were only two other bookings made for the afternoon I requested and this made me think that they were not fully booked as stated on the phone.
I felt that I would not have been given a good service as I would have been rushed to make space for other customers. When I told her that this was unacceptable and queried why my booking was not taken in the first place she became aggressive and told me that I was wrong and that unless I apologised then I must leave the salon. She then proceeded to hold open the door and refuse to converse with me about the situation any further. I asked to speak to the manager to make a complaint and she told me she was the manager and I must leave and email the salon.
Just so you know the salon website does not have an email address.
I felt very distressed by this experience and was very put out as I had made the appointment to get a wax done before my holiday. I now have to find another salon and pay more money. I have written my complaint to the agent that offered the coupon to try and prevent salons such as this one treating "coupon customers" so inconsiderately in future!
Unfortunately due to my experience I cannot comment on the standard of the service they offer but based on the customer service I can assume it would not be attentive or high quality!

Dear prospective customers- Dont go near this salon.
The establishment's management who goes by the name of 'Fiz' talks to customers rudely and has her own business agenda which does not match that of the deal sites' terms and conditions. She struggles with her language and lacks manners.
I bought two hair deals and rung up to book but she would not give me the appointment I wanted because I had a voucher. However, if I had not bought the deal yet she would have given me the appointment- so that she could pocket the commission. She was reported to the dealsite and made to offer me an appointment which she resented. She spoke to me very rudely and hung up on me. She then called me and sent me two harassing text messages. I have reported her to the police for harassment with the texts and call logs as proof. I also contacted Trading standards who were interested to hear about her custom strategy.
There is such a crisis in the world of business, so a businesswoman who talks to customers like this should not be pocketing your hard earned money. Support some other business who deserves your custom and knows how to say a please and thank you- and possibly has heard the mantra that the customer is always right- the way I run my successful business . :)))
