Judging from the good things I've heard about the company, I thought it was time to try them and booked a cleaning service. We wanted our carpets steam-cleaned. The operator was understanding to our needs and quoted us a quite affordable amount. He even called us back a few times to confirm the time, date and service. The team did a great job and we are definitely happy that we trusted them with our property.

Good cleaning company. Last time I got a very nice quote for our two-bedroom apartment. When the guys came at our place, I was surprised by their positive attitude and the neatness of their work. However, the team seemed a little distracted and failed to deliver the pompous advertised end results. I am definitely not saying that they were bad. On the contrary, they are good and I'll make sure to review these cleaners again when I book another service from them.

Our daughter had one of these lava lamps by her bed. She is still a child and knocked it down while playing. I don't know what was that fluid inside it but it definitely made a huge mess on the carpet - the stuff was gooey and greasy and it looked like it wouldn't come off. We weren't sure if we should even try to clean it and decided to call this company as they were known professional. We explained the situation and a cleaner came with some special detergent. He managed to get the stains out and the carpet is like new.

My wife had her sister over at our place for a visit. We haven't seen her for a while so we couldn't wait for her. The shock was that she actually showed up with her little dog. It was nice but he made a huge mess - he ran around, knocked some plants, scratched some of the upholstery and of course, did his business on the carpet. We managed to clean most of it but the carpet was a problem - my wife tried to get it off but finally we called these cleaners. They did a great job and managed to get everything out. Thank you

I hired a team of two technicians. They showed up at my door looking all sharp and eager to work. I had really high expectations for the service (because of all the positive feedback) and went to check the end results after them. I couldn't find anything to complain about so I am going to just congratulate and recommend them.

For me personally, their cleaning service has the best price on the market - I did not expect to get so much for my money. The team went through every little corner and hard spot in my home. They definitely knew what they were doing and it was obvious they've been at the job for a while. I also liked how they explained everything to me and I was aware of their every action.
I am taking a star for the 10-minute late arrival. I know it's not that much but my time is valuable and I hope you work on that in the future. Another star from the rating is removed because I didn't like that after moving the furniture to clean behind and under it, the cleaners reordered it and did not put it all in the right places.
In general, the service wasn't perfect but apart these two minor negatives, the guys did great and I am thankful.

Last weekend I made the mistake to leave my dog alone in the apartment - he is big and hairy and had made a huge mess while I was gone. I called this company to deal with it since it looked like way too much work. I did not expect that my sofa could be cleaned after my dog being all over it but the cleaners did great and restored the order in my home.
It was great serving you.Our efforts were focused on restoring the order at your place for you within shortest possible terms and the result was great. My flat was unattended for the last six months so I needed someone to take care of it and make it livable again. I just wanted to say how happy I am with the cleaner who came to my home. She did a marvelous job and brought some light to my flat. Now, when I enter, I feel comfortable and cozy and I think that tells about the quality of the session.

My living room needed some cleaning but I didn't know who to call - until now it was me who did all the cleaning. I asked a friend for advice and she pointed these guys out. After reading some of the comments here I decided to give the company a chance.
I called them and booked a 'domestic cleaning' - that was the way they called their service. At the appointed day a team of two came to my home and started working. The cleaners were very efficient and stayed for the full three hours I paid for. For the first hour I observed them to understand how they work and after seeing they were good I left them to finish in peace.
I am satisfied with the session and will call again when I don't feel like cleaning. Thank you.

I am definitely on the positive side about the company. However, there are some things they need to polish. In the first place, I was put on hold for way too much time. I know it's busy but maybe you should hire some more operators (just a suggestion). Secondly, the team was a bit late.
These two minor setbacks aside, the cleaning service was great. I booked for an overall domestic cleaning and it was delivered according the plan we arranged. My wife and I went after the team to check the results and we both agreed that their work was excellent. The company is one of the best in London and everyone on QYPE should know that.

I decided to use Fantastic cleaners as there were good reviews but my experience was far from Fantastic.
When I came to the flat to inspect the work it looked as if they had not cleaned at all. I ended up taking photos of all the areas that the cleaners missed including food and dust on the floor. I did not expect to see this as it was just cleaned. There were also dirt marks on the walls, windows were not cleaned, and the cooker was lefted untouched. Oil marks on the doors and handles in the kitchen area. They also left a pool of water on the shelf. They also cleared out all the cleaning products. There was also a pen ink mark about 2 inches on the shelf which I used a bit of spray and I wipped and some of it came off without scrubbing so I was really disappointed. The first clean was very poor.
In fairness, Fantastic cleaners offered another clean and the second clean was alot better but I also had to pay another £50 as the first clean did not cover some areas such some marks on the walls and to redo the cooker, windows.
I did make it clear to them that I would not be able to see the results as I don't live near the flat but I would let them know. After inspecting the second clean I noticed that the hob could have been cleaned better. I also asked them to call me with after the clean so that I could ask them if they had any problems but they did not call me.
I contacted Fantastic cleaners on the Monday as I could not get through to them on the phone on Saturday. At first they suggested I pay again for another clean.
Finally they then asked for photos of the hob and unless I can show them this they will not organise another clean. I am just frustrated that this could not have been done right the first time. There is still half an inch of dirt on the hob rings. This is very time consuming and as I can't travel 3 hours to take a photo to show them a picture.
I did not expect to have such a difficult service and experience even after 2 cleans.

In my opinion, this was a very good cleaning service. The guys were time-efficient, polite and friendly. Made my booking in no time so I didn't have to wait on hold for long. However, the cleaners were late and I wasn't given any notice beforehand. They were hard working and finished their work without any unnecessary procrastination.
The prices were a little steep for my pocket and that is the main reason I give you three stars. That aside, the service is great and my home looks refreshed and more welcoming now.

I booked and End of tenancy cleaning session with you. Your cleaners were not very good in English but in the end we understood each other and they actually put a really nice effort in cleaning my flat. My landlord was happy with the result and she just gave me my deposit back and I decided to brag about the great service.
We are pleased to know that the services we provide are really nice and they are the one that our customer needs. The company is organising practical and language trainings for our cleaners, aiming at easing the communication between them and our customers.
