In my opinion, this was a very good cleaning service. The guys were time-efficient, polite and friendly. Made my booking in no time so I didn't have to wait on hold for long. However, the cleaners were late and I wasn't given any notice beforehand. They were hard working and finished their work without any unnecessary procrastination.
The prices were a little steep for my pocket and that is the main reason I give you three stars. That aside, the service is great and my home looks refreshed and more welcoming now.

I booked and End of tenancy cleaning session with you. Your cleaners were not very good in English but in the end we understood each other and they actually put a really nice effort in cleaning my flat. My landlord was happy with the result and she just gave me my deposit back and I decided to brag about the great service.
We are pleased to know that the services we provide are really nice and they are the one that our customer needs. The company is organising practical and language trainings for our cleaners, aiming at easing the communication between them and our customers. I am writing you in regards of the deep cleaning session I had with you. I just needed to say that your cleaners are amazing - they cleaned my whole flat for 3 hours and 45 minutes which is quite a good achievement. Everything is looking sharp - they even got the hard spots behind the furniture and the fridge! The guys were very friendly and chatty so I didn't notice at all how the time flew by.

On the whole, I think I am on the positive side about the company. I called them and a really nice girl answered me and helped me to book a home cleaning service. I think the prices are a little high for my budget but maybe that's just me. Also, when the cleaners came to my home they were very polite and started working immediately which was good and impressive.

A friend of mine recommended me this company so I checked their website and decided to give them a try with my windows. So I called, we arranged an appointment and they came. The rest was a very smooth process of hard work and using the right products.

I called Fantastic Cleaners by reading few reviews on the internet to clean my 2 bedroom apartment. 3 people came in, hurried up the job and left with the flat in an appalling state. I complained about it and within few days, another set of cleaners from Fantastic Cleaners came to my apartment and almost did a similar rubbish job.
I complained again, took several photographs and wrote to them with the list of things they have overlooked and not bothered to clean - some of basic ones - moulds in sink taps, bathroom corners, limescale throughout the bath screen, cooker head, inside the microwave and oven, wooden floor patches, shower head etc.
I have disputed it several times and they offered me a not convincing discount, but refused to budge on charging me less.
I am thoroughly disappointed with them and they have wasted several days of my time.
Please be advised that our customer care department is already notified on your comments. Further actions in order to avoid such inconvenience in future were already taken. Update on this : The customer care called me and left me no choice but to pay a discounted amount. Otherwise, they threatened to recover it using a debt collector. To avoid wastage of any more, I agreed to pay the discounted price, but pretty paid for a crappy work!
Had a call from the customer care. They have now refunded me the £100 they charged me and also agreed give a discount on the next cleaning session. They have also promised to either re-train the cleaners who they used or use a more experienced one. Hope, they live up to the expectations next time.

We have now lodged a new Quality Control Policy. I loved the window cleaning service this company provided me. I know it is really hard to work on windows and not leave marks behind. The products have to be appropriate for the situation and the technician they sent me did know his tasks and how to complete them. He was maybe a little slow but it was worth it since my windows are looking perfect even in bright sunlight.

I had a very stressful situation. I had no idea that my cousins are going to visit London for two weeks this month. I had to react very fast and clean the whole house. But you can imagine how hard is this, especially when I usually don't have free time for cleaning. I am very busy and it is almost impossible to clean the whole flat on my own. So I contacted the cleaners. The woman was polite on the phone and willing to help me. No matter that the cleaners had some problems with the parking, they were not late. They cleaned precisely every room. My sofa and carpets were like new ones. The kitchen was also spotless. Besides the oven was shining, I have never seen it so clean after I bought it. With no hesitation I will contact them again. I appreciate their diligence and motivation a lot.

Honestly speaking I would never bother myself with hiring cleaning professional, but my agent advised me its best to rely on trained cleaners and he recommended Fantastic Cleaners. Indeed the job done was outstanding and the team was very quick and efficient. Honestly, I never thought I would spend money on cleaning but apparently is not so odd nowadays. Good work anyways.

Possibly the best cleaning team around. Been working with few companies in the branch during the years, and I can say that this one was the only that managed to stand up to my expectations. Seeing how the clerks work with professionalism and will, felt inspiring in a way. Other than that, the usual and expected, they were right on time, had all the necessary cleaning supplies and covered the places in a flash.
I booked their team to clean all the carpets in the flat. It was the last hope before having to buy new ones. Well they don't look like new, but honestly taking into account they are a few years old now and the way we treat them, the result is really impressive. These guys just saved me a few hundred bucks and hours of boring walking around different stores. I give 3 stars because they left a little earlier but they were done so I'm looking forward using them again.

We had a party in the apartment of one friend in London. After it everything was a mess. I did not expected that it will be so untidy and with a lot of trash after that. My friend Simon was worried because his parents were out of the town. He couldn't clean the apartment even with our help, so we contacted the cleaners. They worked fast and charged us as we expected. Everything was clean and he told me that when his parents get back home they did not notice that we had a party there. The cleaners saved us and we are thankful.

On 25th October i had an checkout inspection with letting agent. I live in TW182DG post code. so on 15th October 2012, I booked for an appointment on 24th October 2012 with fantastic cleaner to clean the end of tenancy and apartment cleaning. I do said i stayed in the aprtment for 3 years and it is in really bad shape. Price is fixed and got my debit card details. They also said it is an 2 day guaranteed service.
4 of the members came to the apartment on 24th october around 1:00 pm and after seeing the apartment laid out following conditons.
1. Apartment is too much of dirt and can't give 2 days guarantee 2. Money has to paid before start of the work.
Now i last the confidence and trust with them. Next day is my inspection, at this time i cant go check for another cleaners. I left with no choice to agree with demands. I was not told any of this conditon while booking. Now I paid the full money upfront. I requested them to do the best they can and insisted to clean whichever they can. Then i noticed only two of them started working and two of them left (i was told 2 of them left to do another job).
For me after completing the job it is an partial satisfaction.
25th October letting agent came and she is not fully satisfied. She showed many examples of dirt which can be cleaned. I am not worried about the dirt which cant be cleaned, but many places which can be cleaned is not cleaned by them.
I can understand there can be mistakes while doing work. But i do not like the attitude of giving demands before starting the work.
Obviously he is going to withdraw money from my deposit.

They went second time and cleaned the apartment well to the letting agent expectations.
Thanks to the team for for cleaning well in the second time. Now i am confident, i can get my deposit back.

when the fantastic cleaners came to our place , Property is Vacant and Maintainng is an generaly word, it varies for different people. I was told in the phone and email, on the same day of cleaning ( next day is letting agent audit) 2 days guarantee is waived. It is not informed while booking.

I am really satisfied by their professional help. I am thankful that they were willing to come so quickly to my home. I had to clean every thing before a big dinner that I was organizing. Some friends that live abroad were going to come and stay at home for a week or two. I wanted to make a good impression. I knew that I have to start with a detailed cleaning, because usually I am not into it and my flat is not so clean,kind of a messy one. I do not have the habit to clean the dust for example. I find it very boring. If I have to clean the tiles of the bathroom I often find another things to do just to avoid this boring, ordinary activity. The cleaners were easy to communicate with. They also had a friendly attitude. We were talking a bit,but one of them was not so fluent in English so he couldn't participate so much in the conversation. Taken by their aggressive advertising, my husband booked a cleaner for a
one-off cleaning hoping to achieve a clean house before leaving the
house to travel - the cleaner could barely speak in English and did a truly shoddy job - dust everywhere, grime on kitchen counter and appliances, water spots in the bathroom.
We were assured by the company that they would offer us a better
service the second time. We booked a second cleaning in our new
apartment two months later and it was a repetition of the first time -
if not worse! This one even pretended not to know how to use the vacuum cleaner, and did not vacuum properly even after I did a demonstration, insinuating that the vacuum cleaner was faulty instead! I
complained yet again, an operator emphatically told me I must give them
an opportunity to prove they are a professional company with high
standards and that they would get back to me the same evening to arrange
another cleaner. No one called me back and the next day another
person called me to arrange a cleaning - this person clearly had no idea
about my conversation with the other operator the day before and had
not been briefed about my complaint at all. Incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of time and money. Not
just that, the people who attend the calls are usually uninformed and
frequently put you on hold "to consult their manager", because they
cannot take any decisions. AVOID like the plague, unless you are OK paying good money for downright shoddy service.
