where is the cafe and the shop and i cant find the wifi or the audio timetables get your act together and finish the job bus station is nice and would have got 5 star if complete has promised

Acceptable in the 80s... but not now! This station just looks incredibly grim and dated. Compared to the train station, this place is an absolute dump. Dark, grey, rotting, cold and full of 'nasties'. It'll make you wish you had a car. I can't imagine how unsafe this place is at night.

I totally agree - the place is a disgrace but to a large extent it's down to the people who use it. Thank goodness work is going ahead on a replacement but how long before that is vandalised too?

If you ever need a reason to avoid public transport of any size, shape or form, look no further than the blight that is Mansfield bus station. Grey, windy, and chav infested, it provides the worst possible gateway to a town you could imagine, and could only be worse if, for example, every traveller received a free Gary Glitter CD and a kick in the teeth. Really, the best thing for the place is for it to be torn down and a new bus station to be built from scratch. In the mean time, get off a stop earlier. Hopefully, that way, you won’t get stabbed and your wallet stolen by a chav.

More like a chewing gum paradise! I really dislike using busses out of Mansfield simply because I have to go to this vile place. Never ever use the toilets either. EW.

Mansfield bus station is quite dated. Actually, i don’t know if its dated or just vandalised. It isnt really a pretty site. They have promised a re vamp for that last few years, but the empty plot for the new bus station has been used for a car park for a few years! I think it needs to get moving and knock this down!
