I too had a bad experience with Shopperheads regarding a Beanbag. They promised me it would be here well in time for Xmas. It arrived on Xmas eve which was very unfortunate as I had it delivered to my place of work that closed on Xmas Eve - 29 days it took for delivery and they passed all blame onto the courier. I had complained and asked for my money back and they ignored that email. Shocking service - I wouldn't use them again.

Shopperheads Customer Care staff really nice and very helpful when I got my order mixed up. Beanbags are super quality and very comfortable!

Thanks for such a lovely faux leather beanbags! My children love them! It's a real shame to read some of the comments below because every time I've called Shopperheads they've been genuinely so helpful and flexible. A very happy customer!

My opinion of the service of Shopperheads is that it is not a company that I would do business with again. I ordered a beanbag chair for my grand daughter for Christmas and on 10th December received an email saying they were working to do all they could for Christmas delivery.
Today on Christmas Eve I'm told it should be delivered 'this week or next'. To make matters worse I was told the beanbag is 'waiting in the distribution centre' but the courier is only offering limited slots. If I had been told this at any time in the last two weeks I would have made my own courier arrangements. Shopperheads chooses the courier service and they should accept responsibility for their decisions.
I think charging £15 for delivery and then failing on a Christmas delivery is a very poor service and I would not recommend this company. I am left with one disappointed grand daughter while this company is left with my money!!
To add insult to injury, I can't post this review without awarding a star. I would choose no stars, but that is not an option!!

Paid for goods over a month ago, received an email on the 13dec to say that it would be here by today 21dec but its not here. No one is answering the customer service helpline - it goes to a mobile voicemail which is very concerning. Bought these items via discount vouchers so will not be using them or shopperheads ever again.
update - I have finally got through to someone, the phone was not answered with a company name, just hello.... They did not despatch as they had promised by weds19 and subsequently their emailed promise of delivery for today has now changed to by Xmas eve but they didn't bother to tell their customers this, just wait for them to discover that items will not be arriving as per their emailed promise.

Really sorry for the delay in having this to you. As mentioned in our telephone communication we had this dispatched to you for Royal Mail to deliver by the 21st. It is on its way to you and is slightly delayed for delivery by the 22nd at the latest.

The one star is for the delivery service, I arranged a week ago for delivery of 2 bean bags. The date I was given was Fri 7 Dec, I had to contact Shopperheads on the Thursday as I had not received the promised email. I was then told that they could not deliver until Monday, the items were in stock it was the courier company who could not be bothered. I hope the product is first class to make up for the dissapointment of the delivery service. Shopperheads were very helpfull but all the help in the world is no good if they cant resolve the matter . MONDAY IS HERE AND I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT ALTHOUGH I HAVE ARRANGED FOR SOMEBODY TO BE AT HOME ALL DAY ON FRIDAY AND TODAY, MY GOODS WILL NOT BE DELIVERED TODAY EVEN THOUGHT THEY WERE LOADED ONTO THE LORRY ON THURSDAY OF LAST WEEK. KUNAL OF SHOPPERHEADS IS HELPFULL BUT IS BEING BADLY LET DOWN BY THE COURIER COMPANY THEY ARE USING. I PRESUME THAT SOME DELIVERIES WERE MADE TODAY CANT REALLY FATHOM OUT WHY MINE IS SUCH A PROBLEM. BEEN TOLD NOW IT WILL BE FRIDAY, I AM NOT HOLDING MY BREATH

Shopperheads delivered very quickly. My beanbag chair was well packaged without using more materials than required. My library now has the benefit of comfortable seating from which I sometimes need to remove friends who may have outstayed their welcome!
I love the way that as I sit into the bean bag the backrest automatically fills up to support me.

We purchased 4 of these fun bean bags for the kids play room - they have had so much fun with them - they are very good also for soften the fall of rough and tumble!!!! With 3 boys and 1 girl they have endured quite a battering - and i have to say they look as good as the day we got them!! Would recommend for any family wanting to brighten up the living area!!

Shopperheads are a charming and friendly online furniture retailer that I've had a lovely experience purchasing with on a number of occasions. Both purchases were of great quality and super quick next day delivery on the beanbags! Highly recommended!
