This place embodies everything that a Midwest, Chicago style, saying “melk” and “pellow” instead of “milk” and “pillow” type of joint that I love in the burbs. The walls are decked with various forms of memorabilia…softball team sponsorships, united way plaques from the 80’s and who knows where they got that decor.

Ambiance aside, this place has incredible pizza and pasta. I have been here numerous times and am a huge fan of the oohey-goohey lasagna with the mozz melted/toasted just right on top of a pile of meaty-cheesy-goodness. To top it off, the salad bar is really fresh and lots of veggies including breadsticks.

From what I remember, their sandwiches are also worth trying. I wish that this place was closer - it would definitely be my #1 choice for delivery if they were in the city.
