This review has only just come to our attention so sorry for the late response.
Firstly, i can only apologise on behalf of all the staff at Ark Veterinary Centre for your experience. I can assure you that we always strive to be polite, friendly and helpful. It is our practice policy to actually go out of our way to help our clients and their pets and do this regularly.
The veterinary surgeons that we employ are very experienced and confident professionals.
All the staff feel quite shocked at your review and so this was the subject of our recent staff meeting. We take every concern you have raised seriously and have addressed them as such. We have now put new protocols in place to improve our services further.
We would be interested to hear from you personally in order to get to the bottom of why you had such a bad experience, and so invite you to call us and speak to the practice manager to discuss it further.
