LIke a MADHOUSE if youve not got 20/20 dont bother . its like Piccadilly Circus / Im ok with them .
My son was 2 mins late ( due to late bus ) and they didnt see him .

An excellent place to get your eyes checked, and they’ll also haggle on the prices of glasses too if you buy multiple pairs, (I buy a few pairs at a time for different looks, and also for working).
As I’m Epileptic, they also offer me an emergency check-up if my eye-sight has not fully recovered after a seizure, and it’s this level of customer service that makes it worthwhile.

Whilst the quality of your eye exam depends on the optician you are assigned, the level of service is quite good.

staff are helpful and when i recently purchased glasses i found them to be uncomfortable after a few days. they happily adjusted them while i waited and after a few adjustments, i found them to be uncomfortable still. surprisingly, the staff said i could choose a new pair of frames to change over to them at no extra cost!

i have two pairs of comfortable galsses, knowing that if i have any problems with adjustments i can go in and have them altered, also for repairs they will do in store for you too.

excellent value for money, great customer service too.

Very good opticians. Good selection of cheap and designer glasses. Helpful on the day you buy and later on if any problems. Always good offers on. OPticians good with adults and children alike.

Used this branch for approx 6 years and only had one bug-bear and that was although the glasses were competitively priced they fell apart easily. The upside of this was that they were good when you took them in for repairs!

Really helpful staff at this branch - I recently got contact lenses for the first time and Specsavers were brilliant. They were very understanding when I had problems adjusting to the lenses and arranged me another appointment. Everything is sent to my address so I never need to go into the store (useful as I commute and don’t get home until well after closing hours).

They also have a great selection of glasses at good prices - I managed to get some designer frame sin their sale for under £70.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Good range of specs from cheap to designer but always at a good price. Helpful staff at the main desk and professional opticians. Always special offers going on. 2 for 1 etc. Have used them to mend, rebend mine and family’s glasses. Always willing to help.
