I keep coming back, I guess it's nostalgia.
The atmosphere in the "Shiraz" is rather comfortable, with just the right amount of kitsch that is typical for Arabia and surrounding areas.

I really love this kind of food and I also find it quite varied. I cannot judge the authenticity comparing it to dishes actually served in Iran, but I can vouch that they are pretty much what is served when ordering "Persian" in Saudi Arabia.
Service is indeed very friendly, yet rather slow. The last time we were there, we had tickets to the theatre and were a bit in a hurry. Seeing the waiter enjoying his own dinner looking extremely relaxed had rather the opposite effect on us.
