Bar staff....thick ignorant, need re-training
Managers who listen to complaints about bar staff.....they listen but do nothing, apart from watch angry customers drive off and not come back.
Conclusion.....like everything in life you only get what you pay for.....AVOID this place, take my advice and spend your hard earned cash somewhere else .

Good carvery, the same as other Toby's. Suppose it is to be expected with a large chain. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable, but I would not pay up to £9 on a Sunday.
