Went to watch the Jazz at the Bulls head a month or so ago and fancied a bite to eat. Well the pub is attached (kind of) to Nuays Thai.
We ordered our food and were told there would be a 30min wait, not ideal when you’re waiting for the jazz to start. Thankfully it came out in under 10!
The food was very nice and had some great flavours.
Cant recommend the inside of the place, but the food alone makes it definitely worth a visit!

Really fancied thai this evening so jumped on qype and Nuay’s was highly recommended.
I was not disappointed!!
Located in what seems to be an old stable at the back of a pub, it’s one of those places that you really have to look for but once you find it you are in for a treat.
Service was good even though it was very busy and the food was amazing, We had the seabass, spare ribs and two different types of noodles.
I left there feeling full, satisfied and would definitely be going back there very soon.

My first review on Qype simply had to be of a special place. The boy and I have seen the small sign advertising Nuay’s near a pub by the river in Barnes, but never actually had the opportunity to go in. The other night, though, we did. Tucked away in a little alley behind a chip shop is the cutest Thai place I’ve ever been to. It’s got character and charm. Random traditional pieces of Thai artwork adorn the dark stone walls, and the waitresses wear beautiful silk gowns. There were only 2 other tables of people on the night we dined at Nuay’s (being a Wednesday evening) so we were seated right away, complete with a nice big basket of prawn crackers. Delicious! The menu was everything you could hope for: all the classic Thai dishes at amazingly reasonable prices (especially for this neck o’ the woods). I had Panaang Curry with chicken, and the gentleman had a vegetarian curry. We were out of the door, completely full and satisfied within half an hour, and are recommending it to everyone we know. I highly suggest you take the time to find Nuay’s… it’s certainly a hidden treasure in Barnes.
