Very unhappy with my experience at Toni & Guy.
Had to come home a re-wash my hair as the shampoo was not rinsed out properly, so was sticky and knotty.
Hairdresser was miserable and looked very tired, she spent hardly any time cutting my hair.
This place is pricey but it is good. The staff are very friendly and professional and the place itself is open and bright. It is quite a relaxing place to get your hair done and does not feel too intimidating like some hairdressing salons. The Massage chairs are really nice and add a good touch to the whole experience. i must admit due to the proces I tend to go elsewhere quite often.

This is a highly recommended branch of Toni and Guy. It is very pricey, but you get what you pay for. The staff do regular training to make sure they are at the forefront of fashion and new techniques. Extras such as the delicious smelling products and the massage chairs make getting a cut here a real treat.
It’s great for cutting edge haircuts, but I see plenty of much older people in there too. Don’t worry, they do not give everyone a mullet.

As you would expect Toni & Guy is a great place to get your hair cut.
Not cheap but well worth the money, all the hairdressers are very friendly and make sure you get the cut that you want.
Nice extras are the massage chairs while you have your hair washed and the fab hot chocolate.
