If you booked it on purpose, then you already love this kind of place.

If, like me, it was because all the other good hotels were full, you’ll do what I’m doing and sit in a pub and moan about it.

Seeing Alan Partridge at breakfast would make this five stars.

I've stayed here twice and have been happy with both experiences. However I've now boycotted Premier Inns due to a bad experience of paying full price (including VAT) for NOT going with 2 full weeks' notice, after my husband lost his job! Read the small-print for Premier Offers, but even so don't expect human customer service!

I am a big fan of Premier Inns and would rather book one of these than even a 5* hotel I have not stayed in before, for the simple reason is you always know things are always right and to a good standard in a Premier. The only thing with Premiers is that they seem to be in two standards thou they are all 4*.
Thou both of the standards are good and like I said I am always happy staying here, the difference is that the better standard is a more recently modernised room than the slightly lower standard. Fortunately this Premier is defiantly to the higher standard and what’s better it is located right in the centre of the city and sits right on the river Wensum and when sat for breakfast or in the pub you can see canal boats plodding by.
The food in the Premier is absolutely spot-on and as usual in all Premiers the service is 100%
Premiers have different rates to each other depending on their locations and this is one of the higher priced but well worth it. Check the website out for rates.
There is couple of Premiers near by also.

You know exactly what to expect when you visit a premier travel inn, and this one certainly fits that bill. Reliably clean, tidy and cheap, this hotel is comfortable and ideally situated for a visit to Norwich, a very fine city.

Parking is close by and if you do not get a good night’s sleep, the hotel offers you a refund, ensuring the best possible service.

We recommend this hotel to friends when they come and visit the area due to its reliability, and the vicinity to the city centre, without being near the noise of the bars and clubs.

Anyone visiting Norwich Art School would find it difficult to get a better located place to stay.

I had a fantastic night’s sleep when I stayed here. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, the staff were polite and helpful, and there was free parking at the public car park just 2 minutes’ walk down Duke Street.

You get what you pay for in most Premier Inns, but I’d definitely use this one again. Excellent value for money, and conveniently located for all the local restaurants and bars.
