The pub is very trypical Irish (I have been in Ireland) and well visited. The meals are good, the tables well filled, all “five star plus”.

But the Irish meals come from a German kitchen. Brown Bread and salted butter are standard on any Irish table, but what is served as “brown bread” here is something different. The same is true for the other Irish dishes. And the staff should not be greeted the Irish way. “Slainte” is unknown and a Gaelic “hello” und “cheers” should be known to the staff in an Irish pub.

Good meals, original athmosphere, Irish beer: five stars. One star less for missing “Irish”, I’ve seen that far better in Hamburg or Berlin. Being a favorite place to be in Leipzig gives the missing star…
