Was put off by smell when I first opened them, rinsed as directions and heated in bolognese sauce, tasteless but good to bulk up and have used few times since, would like to try thr rice soon too.

I bought a combo pack to try all Eat Water's noodles and I was pleasantly surprised by the rice! It is so good! I'm not saying it tastes like "real" rice, on the contrary, it is very different but that is a good thing. It is slightly chewier and I found it added texture to my dishes. Regular rice and noodles can become quite sticky whilst cooking and definitely whilst chewing but not these, they absorb the flavor of the sauce well and really add to your meal. With the no-carb, low calorie content, (not to mention fast preparation) AND no wheat I prefer Eat Water's noodles and rice to the real thing any day!!! Thank you Eat Water for bringing pasta and rice back into my life!!

I tried the spaghetti for the first time a few days ago. Once I got past the strange odour (pre-rinsing) and the difference in texture, I found them to be a tasty meal. Mixed with a little vegan pesto and some low-fat cream cheese they were filling and satisying and didn't leave me hungry or craving an hour later. Excellent product and I look forward to trying out the rice later this week!!

I use the tagliatelle and spaghetti like noodles in a stir fry. They are fantastic. Really easy to use. Fill you up with out the calories. Also use to bulk out soup. Fantastic product.
