The Lion is a popular real ale pub in the suburb of New Basford and is conveniently accessable by tram. It is large, friendly and has a nice seating area outside.
Delicious home-made food is served lunchtimes and evenings and some form of entertainment is organised for most nights. Entertainment includes local bands, open mic, quizzes and a Sunday afternoon jazz session.
