Very cosy pub tucked away in the countryside. One small booklined bar decorated with beermats on the wall and aq larger bar and conservatory and beer garden to the rear. Has a wide and regularly updated selection of beers and ciders and a good menu of pies and other simple meals. Hosts a pub quiz as well as occasional Real Ale events. A great stop off on bikeride or walk or just as a destination for the evening

used to go to this pub in the mid 1970’s and glad to hear it has retained its charm & ambiance, after all these years.
