Do not go for the Kebelo. The treatment is FALSE advertisement. I had it done (for £150) which I was guarenteed 100 days smooth. I didn't get 100 days at all let alone 3! After one wash went back to normal. Disgusted. Also, don't bother trying to contact them or file a complaint as the sarcastic staff with just delete your emails and won't pass on a message.

THE WORST BLOW DRY OF MY LIFE! Think they need to retrain staff to LISTEN to the customer! Asked for bouncy blow dry, told them I specifically disliked my hair straight. Came out with a straight, poorly executed blow dry with half of it back combed and crispy. Awful awful awful! Went straight home and washed it and started again- annoying considering I had paid £20 for the blow dry for a wedding. Stylist also didn't bother talking to me once! VERY disappointed.

Welcoming staff, but the senior stylist who cut my hair did rather poor job. This is definitely the worst haircut I ever had, and it cost me £40.
But maybe I was just unlucky…

Possibly the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life (and I come from a third world country). The receptionist was quite helpful and friendly but the hairdresser simply didn't have a clue!
I won't go back there if someone paid me to and would advise anyone with good sense to rather stay away! AI was complaining to a couple of people in town afterwards and they only nodded knowingly at the mention of the name "Segais". Everyone then recommended I use Blakes.

I have used this hairdresser for two years and do not plan to find an alternative. I always get a friendly welcome when i arrive and offered a variety of drinks. My hairdresser is always on time and listens to exactly what i'm looking to do with my hair. Although i don't normally have a clue, she throws a few ideas of what would suit the texture of my hair. I have always enjoyed the whole experience and come out with a fabulous haircut.
Highly recommended.

My wife used to use this hair dressers , however the price for the same cut kept changing each time (every 6 weeks)ranging from £36 to £44 ? not sure why, i gess it was for a better tip

I only went here once when it first opened. Staff were very friendly and getting my hair cut was a pleasant experience.
However when I got home and looked closely at my hair in the mnirror one side was longer than the other!
On informing the salon, they did offer me a free hair cut but I dind not take them up on the offer and have never been back!

I really dislike having to go get my hair cut. I figure it should be self-maintaining some how plus husband likes it long.
I’ve enjoyed each time I have visited and though it’s often busy, this is a good thing for them and means they will continue to be around for years to come.
They will feed you drinks and biccies so that’s always good and the folks there have always been great including the scalp masage and great advice.
They never pressure you to buy product and sometimes I have to ask about it so even in that way they are fab.

I dont like choosing a hairdressers.
The salon could be great but you could get a duff stylist!!
I have used Segais for a few years, had different stylists every visit and i have never have a 'bad’ haircut.
Some are better than others, but they are all friendly and do a decent job.
You need to book about a week in advance if you want a sepcific day/time, but if you’re flexible they usually have something free withing a day or two.
Have always been really good with kids too.
They always offer a drink and some of the more expensive ones will do a really good consultation beforehand.
Prices vary, obvioulsy on what you’re getting done, but a basic haircut will will set you back anything from £15 to £47.
Unless i am asking for someone specific, i always ask what title they are and i look it up on the pricelist so i know before i get there how much it will be.
Or if your one step ahead, ask for the level that you would like to do your hair.
Also look out instore for offers on hair colouring etc, they often have discount weeks advertised.
