Tesco Stores

To me Tesco is Tesco and this place is no exception. It does what it says on the tin. My only complaint however is that they could do with installing a few more self-checkout machines and removing a normal checkout or two to make room for this. There are pretty big queues for the self-checkout and theres a bunch of normal checkouts that never get used towards the end of the store.

Also for some reason for the last 6 months they have had the heating cranked in the checkout area making it extremely unpleasant especially with the nice weather we’ve been having!

You can’t fault it really for it’s good selection of items, pretty decent prices + accessibility but what I’ve just mentioned can be an annoyance for anyone who is a regular to this branch.

Yet another enormous store from Tesco, situated a little off the beaten track but with plenty of parking on site. All the usual Tesco bits and bobs from TV’s to magazines. Good service and speedy checkout. Petrol station on site and getting out of the car park can be a bit of a challenge.

this is massive store and i went there loads and loads of time to top up patrol or for shoping etc and yeh they do have some time cheap produts but often i think they cheat.so beaware and check the product in other stores as well before coming here

I half expecting one day to be able to go into Tescos and be able to buy a car off the shelf.

This is one of their bigger stores and hence has the large selection of clothing, electricals and home items as well as their main grocery sections.

I really like shopping at Tescos but you really need to hunt out some of the bargains that they do. Often you will see 2 for 1 items on sale, but they will only be on for a few days, so you need to grab them and stock up when you can.

Other times their real bargains might be on the lower shelves, carefully situated out of eye line. Overall, you can save some money by buying their value ranges.

This is a very large Tesco Extra store which means it not only has the full stock of grocery type items but also has a very good stock of electrical items, clothing, household goods, toys and stationary. I tend to do a fair bit of shopping here because they are well stocked with the ranges of goods which is a factor not often found at the smaller branches of Tesco.

Tesco went through a phase where they were getting quite expensive but lately, with the rise of Aldi and Lidl, they seem to have started to become more competitive with their prices and special offers.

One of the largest tescos in and surrounding aylesbury, very busy but normally has everything you want.

A large Tescos situated out of town but next to a retail park which includes TK MAX, PC world, Homebase, Halfords, Currys, Next. Has an upstairs cafe/restaurant. The largest of teh Tesco stores in Aylesbury, has a good range of clothing, footwear as well as electrical items (tvs etc).
It also has a pharmacy at the back of the store. I usuallu use the smaller Tescos on the other side of town and do find this one rather large and tiring to go around but it does make a change once in a while.
There are alot of tills and we have never had to queue too long when going there, it has a huge car park and a petrol station.

Your average Tesco - ridiculously huge and sells just about everything, even paint. Has a pharmacy, clothing and photo shop. Staff are reasonably pleasant and helpful; there is a huge car park with plenty of spaces. Walking distance from a decent retail park.
