I have used Specsavers Opticians very recently. I was very happy with the appointment for my sight test as I was able to choose a time from a wide selection that was offered to me. I was impressed with the Optician as I felt that the test was very thorough. However, when it came to choosing glasses I was at a complete loss. There were several 'special offers’ running in the shop and the whole process seemed very complicated. At the time there was a 'buy one get one free’ promotion but, only on certain frames. Coatings were charged extra and,if I wanted coatings on the 'free’ pair I had to pay an extra £35…... very very complicated and hard to compare to other opticians. I chose not to buy glasses from them as I got a better deal at Boots.

I have used this store for over 7 years. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. They alwats have special offers and have always given me extra discounts for being a loyal customer, use this store its very good.
It situated in the centre of Harrow and is easy to get too. It has good transport links with bus routes and harrow on the hill station is a short walk away.
