Lakeside Superbowl

My son had his 7th birthday party here,and all I can say is don't have your party here!!
first of all the girl was still in her break when the children was coming in,she told me to take kids food orders,never told the children about the foul line,the balls etc and disappeared for 20 minutes,once she reappeared to take children over to have there food I had to give the food out,do the cake cut it up,hand it out with the party bags and hand the balloons out aswell,then she forgot to deduct our deposit off the total..then a member of staff said that a child cancelled to come but don't know who it was..great she should of wrote it down,and on top of that some of the children had to play bowling just wearing their socks as there never had their sizes in!!
Overall really disappointing considering how much you pay.

Took our (small) kids for the first time, and they loved it. An hour’s bowling was £17, but that’s our fault as it was on a whim and there’s lots of offers/discounts.

Usual collection of games/rides/fruit machines. Upstairs they have a kids softplay centre (Krazy Club – separate entry).

Lots of parking, and friendly staff.

I recently had a new ball drilled at the shop they have in the bowling alley.
They have loads of lanes, all working most of the time, they are clean and well maintained.

The bowling alley has a bar area with plenty of snooker tables which means should you have to wiat for a lane, you have plenty to do!

They also have a small diner which sellls the normal kind of stuff such as burgers, chips etc!

In addition to all of this there is also plenty of 'games’ and 'machines’ to play on.

The bowling alley have many special price sessions, for example we are bowling tomorrow evening (sunday) for £2!
