I called London Bus Hire's office from Terminal 4 to find my coach before my clients came out of the airplane and I was told that the coach is not there, it is awaiting authorization to be released by the airport coach marshal in the airport coach park . I was told to make contact with the coach marshall and the coach then arrived 15 minutes later, and my group did not have to wait too long.

This coach hire London service was outstanding and came together with fair prices I feel. 


I am pleased that is the case as money is a little tight for my holiday in London. 


I paid for everything on credit card and have to repay them in the coming months. 


The amounts quoted and paid in advance were accurate as I was not charged a single pound for extra charges or hidden costs.

I must mention here that me and my work colleagues really enjoyed our ride in the Party minibus from this company. It had karaoke, TV, dvd, ipod connection and a good sound system. Thanks a lot and will book again for sure.

I booked an airport transfer for £58 for my family and a new minibus was waiting for us at Gatwick to take us to Shaftesbury Avenue having booked a hotel in the heart of the West End and that was a wise move as we did not need taxis to go to the theatre or restaurants as they were all walking distance from the hotel. I decided to use London Bus Hire again for the return trip to the airport and we were collected on time for that.

The two drivers allocated for our stay in Waterloo, by the Thames, made us feel special because they were never late and paid attention to all of our itinerary requests and the last minute changes.

We had a difficult group to deal with on this occasion as they kept changing their mind constantly about where they wanted to go in the bus.

These guys impressed my German visitors and they were also pleased with the new coach that was supplied.  The driver recommended a few smart Bars in town and we appreciated his punctuality while we were bar hopping.

We attended a big conference in London at Christmas and needed transport to and from our venue for 5 days. We reserved coaches from London Bus Hire and every transfer went well. I am sure that we will be back in London again next Christmas and will be reserving the same services again. I must say the drivers were very friendly and polite and they did look after us well.

I did not want to pay in full in advance for my Luton Airport ride to Excel last week, and London Bus Hire allowed me to pay only 20% up front and the rest after the hire was completed. This was rightly a well recommended company by one of my London associates.

Helpful and cheerful driver (David) from London Bus Hire collected us from the Sanderson hotel and took us for a tour of London and then dropped us off at Gatwick airport. I just wanted to mention that their driver looked after us well.
