They were very professional they got spots out that I thought was never going to come out. I love the warranty it comes in handy in keeping my carpet clean on a monthly basic without the high cost.

We had them clean three area rugs this time, and they dry cleaned them right here at our home (No pick up or delivery) and did a great job - and these are expensive rugs too.
