If I could give minus I would I bought 2 KGB deal vouchers for a facial & massage, used my facial voucher and I must say its the worst experience in my life so far, the therapist was texting & eating while doing my facial and she smelt of BO not nice when i wanted to relax for an hour instead i had to hold my breath and pray for it to end quickly, their facial itself was really, really bad, products on and off within seconds, not worked in or time to penetrate, no facial massage, nothing, even the sponges she was using felt like sand paper on my skin, as it was prob so old, crusty and overused, after this treatment was skin was left sore and felt horrible, secondly i tried contacting them on numerous occasions to use my Massage voucher as i have 3 of them and they've not got back to me, i've been waiting 3 months now for an appointment that I can't seem to get but to be honest after the experience I had with the facial i'm not sure if I EVER want to step foot in there again or Recommend them to anyone, waste of money, this sort of thing has scared me from purchasing vouchers, I am starting to think maybe it is a scam and they are not trained therapist, I have reported them to try and get my refund for unused vouchers, I hope they shut down and stop stealing people's money!

DO NOT GO to this salon. It is a huge scam. They take money for vouchers and do not deliver the service. I spent £150 on a massage voucher and have not been able to contact them since. Have been into the salon and the other people there say the company has left.
I have reported to police and I hope others will too!

I have been to this salon a couple of times. The treatments themselves are actually not bad at all. The only complaint would be a bit too much greasy oil used in the massages so I think that needs changing. I too bought vouchers and found it impossible to get confirmations or anyone to answer the phone. This really is not good enough! I did book on the website and so far, my appointments had stuck, but I had to go along hoping they would happen rather than knowing they would. However, I had to book 2-3 months in advance. This really is not acceptable and I will just go elsewhere rather than buying vouchers if that continues. If you offer these services and people buy them in advance you can't expect your customers to wait that long for a treatment nor even be able to speak to anyone or discuss a treatment on the telephone. This salon is not bad but the customer service needs urgent attention, otherwise it'll start losing customers who would possibly return and pay full price if some of these problems were addressed!

Absolutely appalling customer service.

We booked online, but were sent no confirmation. We tried to phone, using the numbers on the website but were unable to get through. The salon eventually replied by email confirming our appointment times.

Then, the evening before the appointment, we received a text saying that the appointment would have to be rescheduled and just saying "please come in at the same time on Sunday". No apology or explanation, no attempt to ask us when we'd like to reschedule our appointments at a time convenient to us. We were unable to attend on that day, but as nobody seems to answer the phone in the salon we couldn't get through to say this. We have since still received no apology, four days later.

Do not book here.

I used a lastminute.com voucher for a hot stone massage and facial. I made the appointments by email as 2 treatments couldn’t be booked using the internet site. I was able to contact the salon this way on a number of occasions and managed to get treatment times to suit my availability. I think the appointment was booked around 4 weeks in advance.

I had both treatments yesterday – hot stone massage very nice, good pressure and generally good treatment. The facial was not as good, the therapist was quite rough (I'm sure you're not supposed to drag a cloth across the eye area, repeatedly) and I got a feeling that the treatment was rushed. However, the voucher I got was pretty cheap so I can’t really complain. I would recommend the hot stone massage.

Purchased a voucher for their company. They did not pick up the phone, answered emails two weeks after I sent them a message, and had terrible customer service. When I did get through with them, they had no availability until my voucher expired. Highly unethical company that don't want to give you the service you purchased.

Just went here with a KGB Deals voucher to have my lashes done and I can honestly say that this is the best place I have ever had them done at before! The salon itself looks small from the outside but when you're in and guided downstairs to the treatment rooms, you've entered an underground heaven! Very well kept, cleaned and staffed (staff were extremely lovely and the lady who did my eyelashes was amazingly proffessional. I usually cry my eyes out due to the fumes but the beautician was so gentle and seemed to be using some good yet none overly chemically glue (she only does synthetic at the moment though) that had me nearly fall asleep (if I wasn't nattering away with her that is haha!). The end result is I've come away with fabulous lashes for my holiday and am holding on tightly to the business card so I know where to go to for my next visit! Thanks ladies! :)
