Nice hotel and good localisation for sleeping.
Clean, but staff very slow. Pain with the key card as you need the keycard to operate the lift so if you need to go down stairs the person in your room goes without electric. Food pretty average.

the hotel itself was ok, large and clean. the food was good although the drinks rather pricey. i have stayed at many hotels and although this one never stood out as individual, its gleaming glass structure did look fairly impressive as you approached. The restaurant seemed a little dark but that quite captured my mood and the large expanse of glass in the rooms certainly let the sunlight in in the morning as i note the other reviews also said. all said it was much what you expect from a hotel chain, clean, large and a little pricey. just wish i had taken my wife!!!!!!!

I stayed here with my girlfriend in May when we went to see Les Miserables at the apollo theatre. It was at a weekend on the Saturday and personally I thought the hotel was of a very good standard for a large chain. After finding it easily from the train station, we walked (in pouring rain) to the hotel. Immediately greeted by very pleasant staff and within minutes we were booked in. The room was spacious enough and the most impressive aspect of the room had to be the bathroom! A bath/shower with a large mirror and wash area with toilet but the best part was the heated floor. Within seconds of using the shower, the water splashes had disappeared and the floor was so comfortable to walk on. It may only seem like a minor addition but it really does add to the overall experience. So, it was a comfortable room with good service and a wonderful breakfast on the Sunday, available from the buffet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Radisson.

My family stayed here on a recent visit to Birmingham and managed to sneak a peek too. For a start the hotel is very well located near both New Street and Moor Street stations. It is a 5/10 minute walk from the Bullring and the Mailbox so plenty of choice of places to visit. Rooms were very comfortable, clean, modern and gives a great vantage point for a view of the city. Have a very enjoyable breakfast here too - restaurant is trendy, big and spacious. The small bar downstairs is great for a night cap (of course rather expensive!). Staff were very friendly on arrival on what was a busy a stressful morning for them! They were happy to keep bags on the day of arrival and the morning after so we could take full advantage of the city.

This is one of the nicest radisons i have ever stayed in my entire life.i loved this hotel so much i wish that i could stay there for ever!! can i can i please? lol.It is in the most perfect location both for buisness & Leisure travel. It has three main styles which are Chic, Fashionable and Fresh ,so this hotel has a style that everyone will like. There are 2 Dedicated Conference & Banqueting Floors which are designed in a light and contemporary style -the windows are great in here as they are floor to wall windws and the sunlight really comes in.The staff are really helpful here-i did not know my way around so they helped me with directions.

Now i have only stayed here once but i liked it.I picked this hotel as i have stayed in other radissons and they have always been great.First of all the building-it is a glass structure and really pretty to look at.It does have 39 levels though so i was glad i was not at the top.It is locatd near the Bullring shopping complex which is just as well as i had loads of shopping to do!!!There was a spa and sauna which i think is a must have for a hotel.I didnt like the food as it is all fancy stuff and you pay like 15 for a basic horrible pizza.it does have a car park but i dont know how easy it is to get a space as i did not use it.
