DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES - I ordered one pair of boots and received two pairs. I contacted Urshu, they admitted their mistake, thanked me for my honesty and asked I just return the boots and that they would take care of the return postage from Ireland of €10.75 (I have this confirmed in an email). It has now been 6 weeks since I returned the boots and I've yet to receive the postage refund and they are not getting back to me on any of my communications.
