Having experienced various gym facilities in central London from Tottenham Court Road to Marleyborne, SOHOs gym in Bow Wharf for me receives the top accolade. With a fantastic range of equipment, superb cleanliness, and a friendly atmosphere the experience is second to none. The staffs are impeccable; you’re greeted with a smile from the moment you step in, you never feel a moment of hesitancy when unsure about anything, the staffs are continuously on hand to help out and guide. A fantastic member of the SOHO team is ADEL, a highly enthusiastic and friendly individual. I have achieved fantastic results as a result of his motivation, dedication and willingness to help out. He is one individual who carefully listened to my concerns and tailored a results-driven regime; he’s monitored my progress and now I’m seeing the benefits. All gyms need an ADEL!!

The newly refurbished gym has revolutionised my working out experience. Since the takeover, the staff support, expansion in the facilities and the general friendly experience has been tremendous. As an individual who can find such places intimidating, SOHO gym Bow Wharf has been an expert in making me feel comfortable and at ease, the staffs are continuously on hand to help out with any queries, provide support you with unfamiliar equipment; the team are extremely polite and it’s always a pleasure seeing them smile. The wide range of facilities is catered for a broad range of individual’s right from the basic beginner to the fitness fanatic, a fine-tuned layout. The availability of the sauna is a great addition to the facilities, and alongside the changing facilities both are maintained to a high level of cleanliness. I particularly want to draw attention to one of the members named REINES, who has been an excellent instructor devising a highly customised and targeted nutrition and workout regime; a truly friendly and helpful staff member; a face I truly look forward to every time I attend. SOHO gyms Bow Wharf are an excellent gym and I would highly recommend anyone contemplating joining them.

Brand spanking new gym! Lots of shiny lighting and some cutting edge equipment guaranteed to leave you feeling ineffective and bewildered for the first month of membership.

A nice gym, as gyms go. I would prefer it if there was nobody welse there to see me looking all red and sweaty and generally unfit but that’s not an option. Even at peak times here you don’t have to queue for anything. The staff are really friendly and helpful. No pool but I’m a rubbish swimmer and not quite enough stretching space unless I haven’t seen it yet…

Worth a visit, they are always offering free 3 day trials so give it a go. I’ll be the red sweaty one avoiding eye contact…
