Review of Order a Cab from 16 February 2013

I paid £20 to go from Central London to South London, a decent price, but the cab never turned up, I had no communication with them, they didn't have a phone line to call them that was open, and I had already paid up front for the cab on the website. I waited over an hour before hailing a black cab and paying an additional £30.

DO NOT USE ORDER A CAB - THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
