I was searching around Google for loans as I’m in need of instant quick cash and came across cash Genie today it was quite a turn around for me, as I’m usually stuck with using the web.

But they seemed to be very easy to follow and had a loan the same day and just overall helped.

Applying for a loan online was simple and straightforward. The money arrived in my account later than expected but was still reasonably quick considering I applied on a Sunday. While I was waiting for the funds I was able to contact Cash Genie on twitter (www.twitter.com/Cash_Genie) which was also very helpful.

I spoke to customer services today regarding repayments to my account as I have recently become unemployed. They helped me to set up a payment plan that I could afford with a review set for February which has made things a lot easier and less stressful for me. They also have a really great blog at www.cashgenieblog.co.uk which has lots of helpful money saving tips. Thanks cash genie!

Like all emergency loans the interest is sky high but that will always be the case when you're asking someone to dump a few hundred pounds in your bank account with minutes notice! Overall, the application process was straightforward on cashgenieloans.co.uk and the customer service team were very helpful when I had some queries about repayment. Thanks Cash Genie, you have got me through a disastrous MOT and a Christmas nightmare!!

I've used Cash Genie a couple of times and never ever had a problem, they only take the money out they state. It’s much cheaper if you don’t chose to roll over your loan though so make sure you have enough to repay. Don’t ever use any payday company as a long term solution; but as a quick fix Cash Genie was helpful.

Used Cash Genie a number of times through a very difficult time for me! Even when payments where difficult they managed my payments for me! Staff are so quick to help! 100% better than Wonga and Payday UK.

I find all the staff polite and friendly and polite. It was a pleasure talking to one girl called Sam. Overall I found the company to be very customer orientated which is something I think a lot of other payday lenders overlook.

I work 40hr's Friday - Monday and get paid every 4 Weeks. I have taken out a few cash genie loans. I normally take out around £400 and pay it back on payday. The interest isn’t too bad so I’ve stuck with Cash Genie each time I’ve had an emergency. It’s pretty hard supporting a family at the moment, especially with all the cut backs; having to pay for the kids uniforms and household maintenance isn’t always easy if you live within a strict budget. Don’t get me wrong I hate payday loan companies but I have found Cash Genie’s services helpful.

I have recently had a Cash Genie UK Loan after seeing an advert in my local shopping centre... I was short for a few bills that month and got on the internet to see if I was eligible for a loan. I wanted to borrow a £100 and saw the repayment was a £130, I know I earn enough money in a month to pay it back. After filling in my app online I received a few phone calls and was updated on the process. I shortly received my loan. The process is slower when you’re a new customer but after this it gets really fast. One of the better payday loan lot out there at the moment.

I don’t agree with the payday loans but at least with Cash Genie they are transparent. They do deliver what they say, the fees are clearly shown along with the repayment due date and final amount. I've had 2 loans with them in 2 months, I could have gotten them slightly cheaper I guess but for the sake of a few extra quid, the simplicity of it all far outweighs the high percentage rate.

My credit rating isn't spotless, but Cash Genie have teamed up with noodle so I was able to check my credit rating for free before I applied for a loan. This was a massive weight off my shoulders. I don’t know why more companies don’t do this as most people would appreciate free access to their credit file. The staff at Cash Genie are helpful and informative.

A really quick and easy application process. Money transferred in good time. Customer friendly company, I spoke to a man called Kenny who was really helpful and told me all about my repayment details upfront. I’m not really a fan of payday loans, they get so much negative press I was really apprehensive about using one, but Cash Genie’s interest rates aren’t too bad compared to other lenders and the staff were approachable. I did have a bit of a wait however when I called in.
