Love Bridal

Would highly recommend, staff are attentive and welcoming. I was an hour late for my appointment and basically arrived at closing time, they were so nice to me and made me feel like I wasn't even late offered me a drink hung my jacket. the lady I think her name is Laura with blonde hair listened to what I had in mind and found me the perfect dress literally the second one I tried. I am very fussy and petite and as most brides are much bigger than me I thought it would be very difficult. on the contrary the staff made the whole experience feel easy. I am so happy and loved the ambiance, there was a calming fun feel to the shop with genuinely lovely, down to earth staff. don't miss out or waste your time any where else !!!

As a nervous mum of an equally nervous daughter, we have experienced a wide range of wedding dress shops and very differing levels of personal service - and believe me, when I say we have been to several in London and Home Counties we most certainly have!  Some places were welcoming but did not have the dress for my daughter. Others were glum with poor dress selections and only a half hour fitting. Lovebridal honestly answered all our prayers and for such an important day (apart from the impending wedding of course!) we felt so relaxed and immediately put at ease by Max and Laura, a wonderfully different double act who hit every button that others tried but have failed. This new shop really is in all sense of the words, a boutique. Lovely interiors (and believe me as I am an interior designer), a huge smile at the door, two hour appointments (so rare these days in a world of speed and rush), nibbles and bubbly on tap (the last place we went to would not even give me a glass of water on request - amazingly poor standards) and a brilliant range of dresses at super prices. Seeing my daughter emerge from behind the curtains (and as I suggested, I have waited for that lovely moment for so long when we both know the right dress has found its owner) and finally, last week, it happened! Thank you LoveBridal for making my daughter happy, put a beaming smile on my face, keep dad happy (as the prices were great) and making what we thought would be just another dress fitting into a wonderfully happy experience in this charming part of south London! What a fantastic Bridal wear boutique!!  The selection of dresses is better than anywhere else (and I've had a lot of dresses on) and the girls, Max and Laura, are the most welcoming and helpful ladies to work in the industry! It is the most special shop any bride-to-be will go to - if it had been the first shop I visited, it would still have been the last!

Once you've been welcomed to the store and given refreshments (bubbly - or anything you like) I got to choose five dresses to start and my mum and sister were given wild cards to choose something they liked, and Max made her choices for me too.

And then the fun begins... catwalk after caltwalk in beautiful dresses, fully accessorised with veils  tiaras, high heels and Max even putting your your hair up or down so you can really get a feel for how you're going to look!  Your friends/family are included in all the fun, with score cards to choose their favourite dresses when they see them on you. 

Nothing is too much for Max and Laura, they make you feel like a good friend and also like the most special person in the world - how every bride should feel!!!  It seemed like there was no time limit for me to try on my favourite dresses over and over (although I'm sure there was) and I have been welcomed back time and time again until I made my choice just this weekend.

Love Bridal must definitely be on every bride-to-be's to-do list!!!
