I wouldnt give them any stars!!!! Do not go here I took my bitch there after giving birth to 11 beautiful puppys I asked for help as she has a plasenta still inside of her and a check up and advice in how to hand rear the pups long story cut short they didn't help my bitch who died 4 days later and they were not interested in giving me any advice on hand rearing puppys so we ended up losing 8 pups I will never go there again even if it was the only vets open. SCUM of all vets do not go to them

My beautiful little 8 month old pedigree dog was booked in for a microchip and small hernia repair. When I went to collect her SHE HAD BEEN SPAYED. There was no medical reason that this had been done. The veterinary nurse had hand written on the consent form ‘+ spay’ then when I challenged her she blatantly lied and said that she had discussed the spay at the time of admittance. I have continuously asked what would have prompted her to discuss this as I had never requested this procedure and the Vet admitted this to me. This question has not been answered and the practice are refusing to admit to any error. I am appalled that this kind of thing could happen anyway but for the practice to then not even acknowledge wrongdoing is immoral and cruel.

I had a pet snake and it became ill, and I wanted it to be put down as it was suffering really badly, I phoned vets 4 pets at 8.30 am and was told that that I needed to book her in for an appointment that afternoon (which left my pet suffering for over 4 hrs !!!) and I know it was going to be too late, So i phoned another vet and they said bring her right away when they opened at 9am. Sadly she died before we got there.. So my pet suffered longer THANKS TO PET 4 VETS which they could have put her to sleep in minutes. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN !! FOR MY CAT AND CANX HER FROMTHERE RECORDS. As they may keep my cat suffering for hours !! before a vet will see her if anything does happen to her. Thanks for reading
