Ricky is a good instructor. He left and went to simply class. The gym has really went down hill in the last 12 months and many have been voting with their feet. It looks like the instructors are doing the same.

I hated this gym. I got a free day pass and the person meant to be showing me about wasn’t actually even going to do that until i asked them. There is only basic facilities, so no pool unfortunately and the changing rooms are mainly public except for maybe 4 corner areas which have tiny cubicle things that the curtain doesnt even fully cover - not good for the body conscious. o and noone cleans the equipment after use!
after telling them at the gym i would not be joining i received at least 4 calls the same month from the same person. they asked me the same questions every time even though i told them i never had any intentions of becoming a member. Overall a rather rubbish experience.
