I see that even more people have court proceedings against them, one of which they have already failed to turn up for, using the excuse of being on holiday!!
I told you Mr. Younas, we are very patient and you will get your day in court, or should I say Days!! Honesty pays, dishonesty gets you into trouble in the long run.A word of advice, when you are in a hole, stop digging.

i dont even want to give these people a star rating cos there isnt a minus one they have no customer service once they have your money you will not get anything back these people are money hungry they buy scrap cars tart them up enough for when you buy them but as soon as you get them home you realise you have been scammed you dont pay scrap money you pay going rate for a decent car that age my car turned out to have a fake mot a whole list of problems none of which you would find unless you went under the car or took it on the motorway the mileage was clocked also i had to call in vosa and trading standards and now we will be going to court and whats more i am not the only person in this situation i have already found two others in exactly same position although their cars were not as bad as mine this man watched me drive my kids in the car he sold me and didnt bat an eyelid he knew that car was dangerous and its only by the grace of god that no one has been hurt steer clear of these dodgy car dealers no one takes time out of their day to put a bad review up unless it is true so do your self a favour DONT BUY A CAR FROM CAR JUNGLE

I am satisfied with my dealing with Car Jungle. I am writing an honest review. My car had finance and Nobody was willing to buy my car. A couple of dealers offered me silly price. I went to Car Jungle Wembley. They seen my finance settlement letter with bank, clear finance company and paid me surplus money. They were honest and reliable people. The atmosphere was friendly and cooperative. Good amount of stock was at forecourt.

I hope people have noticed that these crooks are getting their friends to comment on their Facebook page yet blocking any form of reply from anyone else. Have you also noticed the bad grammar and the misuse of the English language when the reviews are written!
So I'll reply here to my purchase of a Honda Accord with 97K on the clock, which had never had a PDI by this garage, oil level was below the minimum mark, Screenwash bottle was totally empty, brake pads were so thin they were disintegrating. All four wheels had the locking wheel nut loosened because they couldn't find the removal socket. Offside tyre, by the time they had driven it to my address was below the legal limit. No spare wheel or tyre repair kit and when I asked them to provide either, was initially told that it was an optional extra!!
They finally agreed, very reluctantly, to reimburse the cost of a new set of locking wheel nuts and pay for a £30 tyre repair kit from Eurospares. The car was also advertised as a 17inch wheel model, when I spoke with the original Honda dealer, it was never supplied as that and the tyre and wheel size indicated on the drivers door tyre pressure chart clearly states 16inch. What these numpties fail to understand is that the ECU should have been updated to the new wheel size!!!
One other fault which I knew about and which I accepted as long as it would be rectified at a later date. My only saving grace from purchasing this vehicle is that it is a Honda and once I have it back to A1 condition will be good for at least another 100K. I did originally ask for my money back, but they wanted a 20% admin fee and as they know how ineffective the law is in this country regarding consumer protection, they just laugh in your face. They also have the unmitigated gall to tell me that at £5500 and nearly 100K on the clock that I get what I pay for. SO, BUYER BEWARE
However, one other customer that they have shafted badly, now has finally managed to get Trading Standards interested in them and a Court case is now pending. It comes to those that wait you thieving cheats!!

I'd recommend Car Jungle because there was nothing that was too much trouble. From the moment I walked in the door, I was made to feel like a valued customer, even though I was not purchasing either a new car or a high value second hand vehicle. The end to end service was superb and the salesman, Mr. Younas, very helpful and efficient. I have bought the last two cars from Car Jungle and have been happy with the service and the cars I have bought were always totally reliable. Car Jungle excelled and I would like to thank them for selling me a great car at a realistic price.

I visited them , Quality Cars, Affordable prices, Neat and Tidy actually they have got their own In House Cleaning and Valeting Facility, All Cars were in Good Order. I went to Buy a Car, I found it competitive in Market. They Also give good value to my Y Reg Corsa. Friendly Atmosphere. Highly Recommended Used Car Dealer
