Having myself quite a physical job and suffering from a scoliosis, I came to see Audrey complaining from a very soreback and neck.During the session she has not only managed to relieve the pain but also made me feel very relaxed. You can see that she is very knowledgeable in anatomy and physiology and at the end of the  session she advised me some exercises and stretches to do that , I found since then very useful. I will definitely see her again !

I have been struggling with painful knots in my shoulders and came to Urban Relaxation via a Timeout offer.
I must say, it was one of the best massages I've had! Both relaxing, but also getting to the bottom of my knots and tension, the difference after the hour was incredible!
I was also given lots of advice and helpful tips. What I also found refreshing, was that I was not pressured into coming back, or given the hard sell to book another appointment.
A+ service!
I will be going back!

Best massage I have ever had - Audrey found my problem spot in my shoulder and really worked on it - first time I've ever felt like my therapist as actualy focused on this area rather than skim over it. Will definatley be booking again!

Audrey offers an excellent massage service tailored to your specific needs. She takes time to understand your stresses and then uses a combination of sports, thai and Swedish massage as required. I have had a lot of sports massage over the years and Audrey is defiantly in the top 5! You won't be disappointed if you need either a relaxing massage or something deeper to take away sports pains / injuries etc.

I had an amazing deep tissue massage from Audrey and will definately be going back again! This woman has a gift!! I can't rate her highly enough and I have had a lot of massages as I have a lot of back pain. Highly recommended.

Attended using a Timeout offer. Went over with Audrey in detail my background: areas of tension (mostly back and neck), occupation etc so she could tailor the therapy. Had a relaxing intensive deep tissue massage focusing on problematic areas. She then suggested what things I could do at home and in general to prevent my problems without strongly recommending further therapy. A professional and very helpful service. Will very likely be coming again and recommend it to friends.

I have just passed Audrey's details on to my sister as I know she will sort out her physical angst and, by extension, her mental angst. A Time Out offer brought me to Urban Relaxation, which itself is a haven of peace just a stone's throw from noisy London. Time went too fast, that's my only complaint! Could have lain there all day, Audrey has definitely got the magical touch and she's full of practical tips to build on the work she does on your body.

One of the best massage I've ever had...Audrey is an experienced masseuse ... she senses your body and the areas that need attention, while giving great advice on how to look after your body on a daily basis  Highly recommended - worth every penny!

I have travelled the world extensively and have experienced at least 15 different types of massages ranging from blind massage in China to having a huge Turkish guy walk all over my back.  Audrey is in a class of her own as she isn't just expert in giving the massage - she will also sense your body, find the areas that need attention and expertly untie knots and pains.  Finally she will give great advice on how you can look after your body better on a daily basis to prevent the same problems recurring in the future.  Highly recommended - worth every penny!

I redeemed a TimeOut voucher for a massage at Urban Relaxaion and would definitely consider returning to Audrey again - one of the best massages that I have had; she was knowledgeable and gave some good advice on how to avoid pain in certain areas.  She explained clearly at the beginning what she would be doing and how it should help e.g. using different amounts of pressure, and explained that I should try to breath through any painful moments, which really helped and I definitely felt the benefits!

Being a client of Audrey’s for a good few years now I can’t even begin to tell how much she has helped me to sort out my aching body. It has been a lot of pulling and stretching (not always pain free but necessary) mixed with enjoyable strokes and tension release of my muscles and the result is always amazing. I feel like I have a new body every time I leave her practice.  

Audrey is very professional in her job and I always feel comfortable and relaxed when she is massaging. She is excellent in customizing a treatment suitable for the client to make sure the outcome is the best possible depending on your needs and problems.

No matter how busy I am in my every day schedule I always find the time for a massage with Audrey at Urban relaxation. It is not just a thorough treatment for my tense muscles but also a spiritual moment for my mind.

Used a Time Out voucher to have a sports massage at Urban Relaxation. A mix up of dates meant that Audrey was not expecting me, but she helpfully managed to fit me in anyway. I am a midwife with some back pain and Audrey gave my back a very thorough, strong and therapeutic massage. I left feeling like a new person. I will definitely be returning. Great massage from a masseuse who is both professional and compassionate.

I have experienced many massages, of all types, in many countries and I'm very pleased to have met Audrey. She is amazing, so knowledgable and it shows in her massage technique which shows real confidence. She seems passionate in helping her clients and the results speak for themselves. Had my first massage with Audrey today, and the treatment was excellent.  I like a deep massage, and she has the strongest hands I have ever experienced.  You wouldn't think it, because she is quite slight herself.

I had my first massage at Urban Relaxion today. Even though it was quite painful at moments (and that is because my neck and shoulders really needed to be massaged...!!) I enjoyed it very much. At the end I felt just a lot more relaxed :) Audrey was really nice and helpful and I felt 100% at ease, which I think is very important in such moments. It was obvious she knew very well what she was doing and how she could help me losen all the tension I keep accumulating on my body. She gave me some precious tips for everyday life, too. I would recommend her treatment to anyone asking, as I was very satisfied and hope to go back some time myself.
