I have used this company now twice. Both times the work was excellent and the team were very professional. The owner was so pleasant to work with, consistently checking in to see that I was satisfied and happy with the project. Several times I needed to adjust the time line or changed the colour choices and he was able to accommodate happily. Definitely will use them again.

The plumber from this company came very shortly after I placed the call. He told me right away what was the problem. My pipes got frozen because of the cold weather. He used a special machine to fix it. I had my water back on very quickly, thanks.

We are very satisfied with Julian's service. We renovated the house including the kitchen and bathroom where all the plumbing was redone including stack, toilet, bath and shower. The water mains was also replaced due to the high lead content. All work passed the permit stages without issue. He always arrived on time and immediately set the work at hand. Did the work quickly and tidily and then, most encouragingly, demonstrated what he had done. We have, and will definitely use him again.
