2 reviews of Krka national Park in English
A beautiful place. The waterfalls of this national park are the really impressive with natural beauty.
There is spot at the waterfalls where you can have a bath, but it is very crowded.
The Krka-National-Park is a place to be visited.
Croatia abounds with natural beauty, and this park is no exception. Prepare yourself for a wonderful relaxing day and do not forget to take your camera; the waterfalls are not to be missed. The entrance fee is expensive; 80kn (about £8.50) per person, though I think this drops in the off season. It’s certainly worth visiting if you are staying in Sibenik, Trogir or even Split. There’s additional excursions to the franciscan monastery on an island and boat trips, but these all come at a premium too. I’d bring a packed lunch, there are restaurants and cafes around, but this way you can pick your view. Oh, and there is a spot where you can do a bit of bathing, so don’t forget the swimming cozzie!
