I hired this company to clean all my floors, my carpets and area rugs. Their process uses no harsh chemicals or perfumes. They use carbon dioxide, which we exhale and trees and plants use to grow. The process works like a dream too. My carpets are cleaner than when I hired other conventional services, and the carpets dried in about 3 hours, not tomorrow.

They were extremely meticulous, professional and even did a bit of extra work on our vanity top despite it not originally being included in our quote. They also did a great job cleaning a wool carpet of ours. I will definitely have them back!

My carpets had not been cleaned for a few years, had some older stains on them which when previous cleaned had not been fully removed and now they look like new. Cleaner did an excellent job. I would certainly recommend him.

Everyone we dealt with at this company was great! They're knowledgeable and professional. They arrived on time, completed the work ahead of schedule, did an amazing job, and completed the work over 10% below the written estimate they provided. I wouldn't use or recommend anyone else.

As part of my to-do list for our new home, I wanted to have the tiles in two bathrooms and the carpet stair runners professionally cleaned. The customer services specialist that I was in contact with was very professional and patient throughout the quote process (as I had come back and forth with a couple scope changes). The cleaning appointment was booked and the technician assigned to our job was punctual and walked me through the process of what was to be completed.

Heavy rain has flooded my son's bedroom in the Basement apt. from a open window while we were at work. We were all upset and panicking mostly my son re his soaked carpets ,... We tried to dry it ourselves, but we could not manage it. we called few companies, this company got here in 20 minutes from our call. Bob the technician calmed us down by explaining what they are going to do. They did a very quick and excellent job in cleanig, drying the area and stuff.
