I saw Brazil vs. Italy at the Emirates, so went as a complete neutral during midweek.

I was lucky enough to be with 14 other people in a box, so had a great view of the pitch from the upper tier in the corner. The way the stadium is curved in the corners makes it possible to have a great view from wherever you sit, and from up higher you really can appreciate the scale of the pitch and the stadium itself. What you can’t appreciate is the aesthetics of the stadium though, as there aren’t really any - as a previous reviewer has pointed out, it’s a whole lot of exposed concrete!

One thing they have got right though is the acoustics. The stadium contains the sound amazingly well, and makes the atmosphere incredible. When a goal goes in and the crowd erupt the noise is quite something!

The other negative for me was that the big screen hanging from the opposite corner of the stadium was a)as far away from me as could be possible, and b)the top quarter of the screen was shielded by the overhanging structure of the stadium, so for replays of goals I missed most of the build up play which would have been useful as both goals occurred at the other end of the pitch from where I sat!

The hospitality at the stadium is good, we were served as much beer as we could drink, and although we didn’t have a meal there, the settings in the main area within the hospitality suites looked amazing.

It’s unlikely that I’ll be back at the Emirates in a hurry as I’m not an Arsenal supporter, but if the opportunity arose to go and see a game here again I certainly wouldn’t turn my nose up.

Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium is certainly a spectacular venue despite being a couple of years old now. It has been constructed without any internal supports blocking any of the seats views so you are guaranteed to get a full view of the field even if many of the seats are a long distance from the actual action.

Unfortunately I found it a little souless as it is motly exposed concrete with integrated bars and burger sales points which all look the same. On the upper levels there are views out over London too, but not much to see in this part of Holloway.

Definately worth a visit if you get the chance to see Arsenal play, but otherwise somewhat disappointing.

It’s a nice stadium and it’s amazing that all the seats are padded. Not too hard to get to but could be difficult to get a ticket.

What a great stadium, love watching Arsenal when they are on TV, but it was for two Bruce Springsteen concerts I went here in the summer. Just a great venue, really nice to look at and once inside there is plenty of room on the concourse. The drinks and food were not too expensive like they can be at some venues. Its must be great to go and watch football at such a state of the art venue, with footbal to match. Hopefully there will be more concerts to attand. I cannot coment on the seating as we were stood on the pitch but it all looked impressive.

This is one of if not the best football ground I’ve ever been to and I’m not just saying that because I’m an arsenal supporter. Before the emirates was built I thought old Trafford was best stadium. But not any more. The pitch is like silk and if you are ever privileged enough to go make sure you get yourself an arsenal burger there £4 but still WOW and hopefully there be lots of celebrating in these parts for the next few years. Come on the Arsenal
