Review of Cash Converters from 4 February 2013
The manager was rude to me too. Poor customer service. I lost my items because I was misinformed. I doubt I will ever use cash converters again. I am 100% certain I will not be using the Fore Street branch again. I've learnt my lesson.

Review of Cash Converters from 11 January 2013
called the shop today for advice spoke to leanne she was very rude and abrupt with me. i asked to talk to the manager and she refused saying she was the manager when i did go in and talk to the manager he was very rude too. i am not using this branch again

    Leanne has always been helpful, courteous and friendly when i’ve dealt with her in Leyton so i don’t know whats happened here. She, from what I can tell; is far more on the ball than any of the managers put together.
