Food is not as bad as some places around that area but it is quite costly

I went here with about 13 other people for breakfast one morning. We were served in a polite and convenient manner. All our orders were correct and the prices were not to bad. I recommended paying them a visit.

Absolutely rubbish overpriced "Heat up" frozen food place with, by the looks of things, underpaid staff. This place is a JOKE! I wish I had gone to Burger King instead. I ordered a Cajun Chicken Sandwich that came with Fries and Coleslaw. When the food arrived the Coleslaw smelt off and I didn't bother touching it. The portion of Fries was so small I could count them. 23 to be precise. The Chicken Sandwich, well that was STONE COLD!!! It's like they had just pre-cooked the chicken breast and then put it in the microwave for 20 seconds before serving it. The Chicken Sandwich is priced at £9.95 and a Coke was priced at £2.10. All in I spent £12.05 for food that I wouldn't even give a dog to eat. I didn't want to cause a fuss as it would have caused a delay and thus, ruined the night. Also the place itself smelt horrible. They seemed to have a back door open in the kitchen area which kept pushing through an extremely cold gust of wind. You won't find bottomless soft drinks at this place either ... As usual if you order a Coke, they will ram the glass full of ice without even asking you. Rediculous. I will NOT be going to this place again. If you are going to the Cinema, or for a meal out, don't even bother with this place. You will be better off going to Nando's, Pizza Hut and yes, Burger King.

I have completely changed my mind about this place.

Okay, it’s always been a popular restaurant and I’ve been there quite often but waiting 20 mins for your starter (there were only 2 of us) and then another 55 minutes after that for a burger and a pasta dish just takes the mick! We didn’t even receive an apology or explanation…it wasn’t even that busy!

It was such a huge disappointment as my friend and I have always enjoyed the food and atomsphere but this time was just shocking! So bad that we won’t be going there again.

This is a very nice Frankie and Benny’s. The food is Italian American and the restaurant gives you the feel of that atmosphere also, it is a whole experience not just sitting in a restaurant having that type of food. You can often see the chefs and the flames that are coming from the kitchen which is nice. The desserts here are amazing so make sure that you have room!
It often gets busy so if you havent booked you may have to wait but there is a bar that you can do this at.

Frankie and Benny’s is a family fun filled restaurant with an American Italian inspired menu. It is the perfect place to take a birthday party to of any age. When entering you are greeted by friendly staff and normally will be taken to a table straight away, even if you haven’t booked in advance. The menu comprises of steaks, grills, burgers, pastas and pizzas and there is a large range of drinks including beers, wines as well as a cocktail menu. When our party went to Frankie and Benny’s there were twenty one of us and the order was taken quickly and all the food arrived together warm. As weel as the food, on hearing one of our party was twenty that day the staff quickly tied balloons around the table and bought out a muffin with a candle in. All in all it was a relaxed, cost effective, fun night out.

I brought my girls to Frankie and Benny’s Coventry one day soon after my 40th birthday as a birthday postscript, and I have to say we really enjoyed it.

Not all F&B’s are the same; some are a bit of a let down for various reasons. Leamington/Warwick is crowded and impossible to park at but ths is the opposite: loads of parking, nice outdoor space, excellent service and lots happening in store which kept the kids agog.

The food was very good - I had an excellent rump steak and it al came in at not a bad price. The waitresses even untied balloons from the counter for the kids to take home. Recommended!

Frankie and Bennys serve really nice food, plenty of pasta pizza dishes on the menu aswell as steaks etc. Due to be right next to the cinema the restaurant does get really busy, i have never been here on a weekend night and not had to wait for a table but thy have a good waiting system where you get a buzzer to let you know when your table is ready so you can have few drinks in the bar whilst you wait. Makes a really nice night out to come for a bite to eat before or after cinema

Frankie and Benny’s is one of my favourite places to eat, it offers a wide range of pasta dishes and some really nice pizza’s. It has an American diner/italian feel to it, and is really nice. The food is always fresh and always tastes really nice, I’ve never had a complaint in there. They have a lunch menu which is quite good value too and offer a wide range of drinks to accompany your meal.

A great restuarant to go to for italian food.
By the showcase cinema at crosspoint.
Alhtough it looks like quite a small place it is decieving. Inside its spacious and has many seats.
When you walk in, it does not take long for some to attend to you and get you a table and drinks sorted.
Then when youve ordered your main course you can usually see it being made which is pretty cool, nothing to hide here!
The also play good oldies music as well which is nice and adds to the overall theme of the place.
So top marks here!
Have been many times before and will still keep going.

I love Frankie and Benny’s. Great atmosphere and great food. the choice is really good and the prices are very reasonable. It is a good place to go for a nice meal.

The only problem I did encounter was once when there was a large groupl of us they struggled to get the meals out and hot.

The staff have always been helpful and last Christmas we went they were great and made it a really nice atmosphere!

A very nice Frankie and Benny’s, Italian foods. A bit steep with some of the prices. You get to see your food being cooked and they like to show flames a lot to try to entertain i think! Its worth booking at the weekends as it can be very busy with people queuing.
The service is very good and the staff are polite and friendly.
