We had a personal greeting at the till and staff were very friendly. The tour was lead in German, I don't know whether they do tours in English though. All tour guides are blind and you are lead through different scenes to experience life as a blind person. It was a very interesting experience which makes you think about what it would be like to live life without the ability to see.
