its a good gym - did a pay as you go session and i think im goin to sign up. plenty of space, no waiting around, literally 2 or 3 pieces of machines each. my girlfriend moans that im at the gym too long but now this gym offers quite a lot of equipment she wont be moaning lol

this gym is sick! got so much benches and loads of free weights - so loads of space. its also got martial arts studios so its not just the average gyms - its a proper sports ground. im going to try the kick boxing in there. when i go to elite i feel proper motivated, the place is spacious and bright and music is good too. people there are friendly and share training advice so its good for newbies to gyms. would really recommend people to check it out for themselves

Just came back from this gym today and signed up - was amazed by it - it really has the wow factor.
I only came to look and the gym equipment it has is very impressive. The staff are great too and this is what's going to make the gym very big. really friendly guys and smiling.
all the members in there seem a laugh too and really laid back - its a great place!

Walked in the gym and was horrified to see that the staff allowed
members to take their shirts off and stroll around like it was gay
pride. A couple of the customers also seemed to think it accepotable to
scream your head off while working out. Additionally I was told the gym
was a month old, but many of the machines were 'out of order' and looked
worn. Last time I used hammer strength they looked brand new after 10
years of use! Pretty sure they may of been fakes.
Also on my TRIAL DAY I was offered steroids by one of the other customers. Ive been at gyms for months and never even seen a sign of this kind of thing. Dodgy place if you ask me, I would keep clear.
The rates are not even that cheap. Personally I would recommend the Walnuts in Orpington or Crayford Weights and Fitness which both in my opinion seemed far better and are within the local vicinity.

B-Bus, 9 May 2013:Disagree totally with the review above – top people working there, gym users are friendly and the equipment is good. While The Walnuts is a good place, I personally left that gym to join here and i couldn’t be happier about my choice.
Offensive content?
The worst gym i have ever been to. The staff are extremely rude, never have i seen such bad customer service in my life. They may seem nice at first but don't let them fool you. They tricked us into a contract and lied about it completely so make sure you have a good read of it and don't listen to what they say! bunch of absolute liars. The machines are so poor, they claim to be 'hammer strength' however they are not set up correctly and few machines can cause some serious injuries (from hyper-extension of the muscles) . They constantly made pathetic rules throughout and made me feel unwelcome, this is definitely not what i want to come back to everyday for a nice workout. No one ever join this gym, it may seem great at first but believe me it will be a big mistake and a waste of your money!

This Gym is amazing - it looks like the american gyms - I would say it is the Gold's Gym of the UK!
It's the best gym ive ever seen and I have trained in many gyms throughout the UK. This is by far the elite of all the gyms!
