HI
I THINK THIS PUB SHOULD BE RENAMED THE PUB THEY LEFT BEHIND ONE DUTY MANAGERESS GERALDINE IS VERY GOOD & DOES NOT MISS A TRICK
BUT GENERALLY SERVICE IS VERY POOR STAFF SEEM TO BE BUSY DOING EVERYTHING EXCEPT SERVE YOU
QUITE OFTEN OUT OF ALES THIS IS NOT USUALLY A
STOCK PROBLEM BUT NO ONE ABLE TO CHANGE A KEG
(SO MUTCH FOR STAFF TRAINING) . GENTS TOILETS LEAVE A LOT TO BE DESIRED. DO NOT DINE THERE
UNLESS YOU LIKE SALADS AS FOOD IS NORMALLY COLD
OR ORDERS FORGOTTEN THE ONLY THING IN ITS FAVOUR THEIR IS A BUS STOP OUTSIDE

Was sure id reviewed this pub but it appears not.Its a wetherspoons,very dull and boring,on this visit to see friends who enjoy a real ale we arrived at around 1pm and not a real ale available, line cleaning was the excuse,we left about 2 30 pm,after a few cheap vodkas and still no ales available,toileys are up stairs,and the disabled toilets you needed a key from behind the bar to get in,no easy when the staff are having a chat to get there attention, I wonder if its part of there training to have no manners ? there was one guy asleep in the corner probally had a few early.but a normal wetherspoons pub.lets hope it improves before there real ale festival begins on the 30th oct
