I wouldnt really describe this place as a cash and carry. Its more of a store for asian foods, ingredients and fruit and veg. I think the main reason people o into the store is to get the really cheap fruits and veg. As Upton Park market is just a 10 minute walk away, this place has to sell their products really cheap. That is why alot of poeple go here. Mostly asian people, but thats who it is catered for.

Dont expect great service. This is one of those 'pile it high and sell it cheap’ stores.
