Mothercare

Large Mothercare in the middle of the town, which has lots of the products available. Baby changing area was clean and tidy although sometimes gets a bit packed.
Most of the staff are excellent and helpful.

Still the main baby store in Maidstone, Mothercare is right in the centre of town. It had automatic doors fitted last year and these have been a Godsend. The store is nicely laid out with large easy to read signs. The childrens clothing is situated at the front of the store and they have a large range with all sizes pretty much always available. Maternity clothing is in the middle of the store. The range isnt huge but the clothing is practical and comfortable. Prams and baby accessories are in the back of the store. A good range of prams and buggies in all shapes, sizes, colours and a price to suit everyone. If you cant find what you are looking for the friendly staff will order it in for you.

Good sized store and design is well thought out in order to show off as many of their products as they can, and for those customers who have a pushchair. Staff are friendly enough, seem to know what they are talking about when asked about certain products and happy to offer assistance if needed. Baby changing area is nothing special, not as nice as some Mothercare store but does what its meant for. Nice selection of items, and they are happy to order anything from the cataloge to the store if they dont stock it there.

This is a small Mothercare so don’t go expecting to see everything. They have a good selection of clothing along with all the usual toys, feeding, bedding etc. Just bear in mind that it won’t be everything they have to offer. The staff are always friendly though and the baby changing area is to the normal standard. Not the best for those choosing to breastfeed though but they are limited with the area.

As all mothercares this one is child friendly. Has a room at the back where babys can be changed and if your breast feeding you can do it in private. Good range of clothes and toys. Staff are helpful and friendly.
