McDonald's Restaurant

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I went to order a hamburger but I got confused with the names of it as I go there once a year so the guy who was taking my order (blonde, skinny and tall) got pissed off and said to me after I remembered the name of the burger "well...you should have said to me that in the first place, now what do you want to order then?"
I lost my apatite after this so I just left, I know I should have made a scandal and speak to the manager about this rude behavior, I am never going to put my food on that shop again anymore 

This restaurant has a very bad burned oil smell all the time. Looks like they have ventilation problem.

Me and my friends bought some food few days ago and quality of the food is very bad.

They gave old rotten lettuce, very dark chicken naughts (hard to chew), over cooked onion rings, french fries had onion smell.

There was also a long blond hair inside the french fries.

The big mac had very less lettuce (although they were rotten) and very less sauce.

When we complained, the staff started very unfriendly attitude and but they took our food back and replaced with same rubbish again. And refused to return our money back.

This could be a good restaurant, if they change the staff and learn how to deal with customer.

So, my grade is ZERO for this restaurant.

Who the hell needs a review of McDonalds! Look around... Use your imagination and treat yourself with some respect.

I'm always ready to criticise McDonalds but I really liked this branch. It is inside the Broadway centre, around half way to the back and seems clean all the time with fast friendly staff.

I really think they did a stunning job but... It's McDonalds - how can anyone ever give it 5 stars and yet I must because everything was clean, the staff were great and fast and the food was properly prepared. Scary but true!

McDonalds in the broadway centre is much what you’d come to expect - the standard menu with no real surprises.

Due to its location, this branch can get very busy at peak hours and especially so with schoolkids, as it’s in the centre of a major public transport hub.

Staff are very quick on service, but it can turn in to a bit of a scrum at the counter.

it’s kept fairly clean, though the limited seating means you might not be overly comfortable.
