Always a bit wary of ordering a takeaway from a restaurant that we haven't actually eaten in but thought we'd take a chance.
very pleasantly surprised as the food arrived in good time , piping hot and was really good. I eat Thai a lot and was not even vaguely disappointed. Very tasty authentic Thai food . Would use again

I see the existing reviews are quite old. I visited this place twice in as many months earlier this year. The first visit I found the food to be ok, not the best Thai I have had but alright. The venue itself is welcoming and warm. When a friend visiting from London with a nasty cold wanted to have a Thai meal in a cosy warm atmosphere I thought of this place over the other more contemporary Thai restaurants like Street Thai which we both like. This turned out to be a huge error. The service was so slow. A couple next to us sat for ages waiting for their dessert. I can only imagine that their main meal was far better than ours that they would even consider ordering another dish. Our curries When they eventually arrived were grey and watery. One was supposed to be red, the other green but there really was no distinction. The rice had an over microwaved texture and my chicken had the most peculiar flavour and texture I have ever encountered. I could not eat it and when I complained to the waitress she smiled sweetly and said "thank you". Under normal circumstances I wouldn't have paid for such rubbish but I was starting to feel quite queasy and needed fresh air rather than a discussion that that would probably have gone nowhere. Never again. Ever.

Love this authentically Thai place and will continue to go back and order take-out from them. The food is always delicious and well-presented (both eat-in or delivery). Also, it's quite affordable with most plates under £6. I always order the papaya salad to start; it's my favorite! The times they've delivered it's been quick, arrived hot, and in containers I can re-use (I hate when things come in Styrofoam). For £30 you can get a feast for 2 or enough for 3 people. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Thai food that always tastes great. Have never had a bad experience in this restaurant, and I'm a very difficult customer. Top recommendation would go to the duck red curry with jasmine rice, served medium hotness, although they'll add extra chillis if you're that way inclined.

Downstairs there is a very traditional style eating area for groups of 4 to one side, with interesting tables for 2 in the main area (look into the tables, each one contains different items), whilst upstairs offers more space, but a simpler style.

The staff are always friendly, very accommodating and will recommend dishes that suit your taste, not their pocket. It's also the case that they're always on hand when you want them, but don't hang about when they're not needed.

I don't do 5/5, but this restaurant deserves it!

Cannot believe there aren’t more reviews for this place. I have had just takeaways from these guys and it is THE BEST TAKEAWAY I HAVE HAD. They really really do care about the quality of food AND presentation. Takeaway food can just be shoved into boxes, these guys REALLY present it well too. Always delicious, not had one dish I didn’t like. Great chicken dishes, pork, beef, tried 2 or 3 of their thai curries and they are amazing. The rice..oh god..the rice is so delicious (egg fried, sticky, jasmine AND my fave-coconut). TOTALLY recommend these guys. Their meat is so tender. The vegetables are crispy, the starters are very delicious too.

The original and best Thai restaurant in Brighton.
Amazing food and very friendly staff.
For around £15 to £20 per head including drinks.
Also take away with free delivery.
