I had already booked my move with CLV and saw a negative review the night before my move and was DREADING it. BUT I checked with the driver that the company has full insurance and even went so far as phoning the insurance company and lo and behold, it has. I was very, very pleased with the service - nothing smashed, everything where I asked it to be put right down to the room. I mentioned the review to the driver after the job had been done and he was befuddled as to who the upset customer was, as no negative feedback had been received by the company so can only assume it was a fake review from a competitor or from a nutter. Being a sole trader I totally sympathise. I can only speak from experience but my move went very smoothly and rest assured that at least when I used their services valid insurance was in place and had been for some months before.

We used them recently and found their service flawless, we were delighted and will be recommending them to all, very accommodating and stress free....

Not just Man With a Van - but SUPERman With a Van! What was originally meant to be a small easy move turned out to be a series of three different moves over a short time - one even taking place when I was abroad! Every time, Cupboard Love Vans was truly remarkable and more helpful then I could have ever even have hoped or wished for. Moving is quite stressful, yet Tim and his great crew were always calm, encouraging and charming - as well as experienced, fast and careful movers of furniture and antiques.
Their pricing is more then fair for the service they provide and the work they do so cheerfully and expertly.
They really made moving a pleasure rather then the anxiety provoking nightmare it can so often be!

These lovely guys moved me from Twickenham to Hampstead last week, one of them, an actor called Tony if I remember rightly seemed to know the complete works of Shakespeare off by heart, the other, Andrius, was a gentle giant, they were an amazing team. Anyway I overpaid them by mistake, not only did they draw my attention to my mistake, they wouldn’t accept a tip. these boys made my move a pleasure when I envisaged it being a disaster, and I had been quoted by several other companies up to four times the price Cupboard Love Vans charged me, they were just great!
