I got sent here on a business trip - the cheapskate agency I work for wouldn’t spring for something fancier!
However I was pleasantly surprised… the rooms were clean, well furnished and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the attached Beefeater restaurant, whilst not exactly cordon bleu fare, was standard pub chain fare - good portions, not too fancy and good value.
If given the choice of budget hotel, I’d happily use Premier Inns again if they’re all to this good standard.
